The one manager at this store, a brunette wavy haired lady does seem to be that bright of a person and even slightly rude. She said the store would not or at least she would not take a competitors coupon for grooming. I was told for services it depends on the managers discretion. If she was a smart one I would think she would gladly match or honor a competitors coupon or offer for anything in the store if she wants or thinks the Petco company would want a customers business. Theres a black guy there named Freddie if I recall who is quite a friendly and helpful employee.

We stopped at this location out of convenience for some pet supplies. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service we received. Jennifer Fannell was the manager on duty and she took the time to help us find what we needed while also sharing her extensive dog knowledge which was very helpful to us with our new rescue pup. This was not your typical chain store experience and Jennifer went out of her way to assist us with further dog training info as we were leaving the store. This will definitely be our go to pet store in the future.

A reasonable place to get some of your pet supplies just be careful of your purchases here. Many of the foods here contain ingredients that are not good for your animals so read the labels. Also, many of the toys are made of sub-par materials so pick wisely.

Great accomodations for an item not in store but they helped us get online with no cost to shipping. Everyone willing to help us and appreciated our being in store. Big store. Lots of options. Go out of your way to go here.

I purchased a fish from this store to save its life. The poor guy has ick, fin rot, and has lost so much of his color that his is almost transparent(he should be black.) I will never go back to this place again.

Staff was friendly but I was disappointed that they do not price match their own online website. Manager did not allow. Inconsistent with other shopping experiences at this store previously and others.
