I was walking my dog in downtown Dallas, and we stopped by at a different dog store, and asked if they could give my dog any water, and told them id buy something or pay them for the water. They said they didnt have water, and told me to go somewhere else. I stopped by a coffee shop and bought a bottle water from them. We walked for a while, and ran out of water again. We were walking by Pet Supermarket, so my dog and I stopped by and I told them we had been walking for a while and asked if they had any water they could give my dog. The guy working there brought out a bowl and filled it up with water. He was very nice, and even gave my dog a treat. Since we had been walking for a long time and were far from my car and home I called someone to pick us up from the store. But before I left I bought 2 big bags of dog food. It happened a while ago, but thought id share my experience.

I love this place. I just came back from my first visit there. I had a wonderful conversation with a woman named Kalen about rats, ferrets, and other products in the store. Almost everything there is cheaper at what you would get in PetSmart or Petco and the enclosures for the animals are clean and decorated tastefully. Came home thinking, I have to leave a review to show my appreciation for the service, products, and socialized animals.

Love this place. Karen, the manager, was super nice and helpful with our aquatic plant situation. Also the cashier, cant remember her name, was super sweet. They all seem to care about the animals there and the cages were clean with enrichment and toys. The tanks were outstanding. Not a spec of algae and the prices are great. Will definitely be coming back.

Wide selection of food for your pets and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I drive 20 mins to buy the food for my cat due to their nice prices and the fact that they are the only store that carry the brand as well. They also have a wide selection of kennels, "houses", toys, accessories for the pets!

Wrost customer service ever ... Nobody works all they do is talk and you cant even take the manger serious ... All the staff do is play and stuck behind the register all day ...

I love the selection but the staff is subpar. Always seems to be half a dozen or more working yet all they do is sit and talk to each other so its hard to get any help.

Very helpful staff. We just adopted a new girl (cat), after the loss of one a year ago. They helped us with finding the things we needed.
