A-ma-zing! What else can i say?!? The manger Joan is an absolute wonderful person it seems and an excellent manger! Wow! Even the staff seems very well trained and knowledgeable. You can tell customer service is FIRST on their list. Besides the animals of course...lol. They have a brand new store and its so clean and well set up. The animals look great and you can tell they are in loving hands! We talked with the manger for almost an hour without realizing it....she loves her job you can tell! They price match as well....So dont be put off by the new store prices. Theyre a newer pet store to Texas based out of Florida and Im so excited that they came over! They even have a VIP pet perks program...yaaay!

Excellent customer service. Prices are competitive and the store has a good inventory. I use the dog wash area often. It is always clean and well organized. The groomer at the Preston Road location is top notch. I have had two dogs groomed by Angela and both of them looked great. Ted Nugget, Ozlow and I will continue to support them.

The store is so vast and feels dedicated to my dogs needs, but this particular product is not the tough chewing toy the manufacturer advertises. My little 90 lb Lab/Pit mix subjected the 6 inch mammoth tennis ball through a 2 hour "chew sesh" with very conclusive evidence.

Great prices and a friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful and had smiles on their faces. Im definitely going back. I also got a Guinea Pig from them and she seems happy and healthy.

They put a "Managers Special" discount on expired dog food. They shouldnt be selling it at all.
