The owner is a wonderful person with a heart full of compassion she loves to help people even if they dont buy a puppy from her. If you walk into her pet boutique she offers free puppy training advice and tips on how to bath, brush, clip nails and care for your new puppy. She donates pet supplies to charity and helps people that many wouldnt give a second chance to. She also offers free puppy care guide books with coupons for a free vet visits, grooming coupons and more just to help new puppy owners get off on a good start. It doesnt matter to her where you got your puppy she just likes to educate people on how to care for their new puppy and get off to a good start. Their web site is a resource and information center packed full of information on how to purchase and care for a true teacup puppy! She is a sweet Christian lady that treats her employees more like a friend and with love and respect. Phoebe the pet boutique manager goes out her way to provide professional customer service. I have to give Kayla credit for the care she provides in the Nursery and takes the cutest pictures of the puppies you see posted on the Internet. I have met and spent time with all of her employees and can tell you they are a amazing team! They have super cute irresistible puppies! They also have adorable dog clothes from party dresses to pajamas and custom made dog beds for the pampered and spoiled fur babies. If you are a dog lover - you need to put this one on your bucket list! Teacup and Toy Pets Boutique is defiantly a teacup & toy dog lovers Paradise!

I was recommended to go to this store by a petsmart associate since Pinky my dog is so small and will start her training on Monday and needs a collar and a harness. As my family and I walk on the employee named Ariel looks at us up and down we say hi and totally ignores us asked questions and ignored us because she was on her cell phone all this time. After my fourth attemp of asking questions she finally gets up and looks for nothing and says she doesnt have what I need and runs back to her cell. I ended up buying my puppy a dress but I will never return to this store and will never recommend it. Love merchandise but the treatment was unfair.

Love Frenchie Friday, Maltese Monday & Yorkie Thursday! They celebrate dog breeds by giving them a free treat when you come in. My dog loves coming here they always offer him a free treat. Love the personalized service from a small business owner. Also love the fact that they specialize in grooming teacup and toy dogs. If you are looking for a beautiful collar, boutique dog bows, adorable outfit or a large selection of pet carriers and beds this is the place to go! They are located in The Shops of Willow Bend Mall

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. The puppies look sick, with no energy. They are literally sitting in their own poop in a wire cage. One of the white puppies in the back had poop stuck all throughout her snout, and one of the teacup poodles was on the floor in a cage in front.. also sitting on a blanket filled with poop. While the front desk male, tall (brunette) literally sat on Facebook while these puppies sat miserable. I asked him several questions and he had the worst attitude in the world.

Came in to check out a puppy for my grand daughter. Becky was just absolutely wonderful and very helpful. She really took the time to know my needs and is so knowledgeable. It is a very personalized service and you will feel very special here. I highly recommend that pet lovers shop here as they are just super awesome to work with.

we came in Monday to inquire about some puppies..we were treated VERY rudely! Lady at register did not acknowledge us could care less if we were in there. We picked a few items out for our other puppy and decided to take our business else where - she never even looked up at us. Very very disappointed in this place

Visited this shop today and they had a poor little dog in a metal cage with no bed or blanket to lay down on. I felt so bad for the dog I left the store instantly and will probably never go back. They sell their merchandise for ridiculous amounts and cant even spare a blanket for that poor puppy to lay on.

Sherri took such great care of my tea cup during her first grooming experience! My puppy came running out looking fabulous and so happy ! I am so thankful to have found a special place for her that I can trust. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

I felt discriminated in this place the employee did not see my dog and he told me I could not leave my dog because her shots werent up to date and he had pretty expensive dogs there
