Most of the products offered are at a priced at a premium but I guess that is to be expected. To me the biggest offense that drives me into a rage if I dwell on it is that they make you put your backpack and large purses into a community locker in the front of the store with no supervision. I honestly would never buy anything to support this store except for the fact that you have absolutely no choice for some of the MDC custom publications. The employees work for peanuts apparently but do a fantastic job in regardless, theyre helpful and the store is keep very well. The store is still infamously understaffed on the opening weeks of any semester.

Do I have to give even a star??!! Worse experience with their staff , the mess up the whole time with you and your money. They have no idea of what they are doing. Right now they are making me pay for two same books at the same time even though this their fault ,since they did not cancel the one they did not have !they dont even know their own hours! Its is a nightmare to deal with them!

Horrible place to deal with. I called this morning at 8:45 am and was told they closed at 9pm today. Now read the sign and that is only on Thursday. The employees may get paid pennies, but they cant even answer questions. Never spending money here again!

A place where you can get your school stuff required from professors. It can get really packed during the beginning of every semester so keep that in mind.
