This is my Favorite Barnes and Noble Store. Number one reason why is because they actually have a places to sit.! Around the entire Western and Eastern flank of the store you will find it easy to sit and read your books without worrying that after you grabbed that cup of joe and a good book you wont have to worry about running around the whole damn place looking for a place to sit like you would at the Cranberry Twp or the Monroeville locations. On top of that, there is a Panera bread just outside across the small area in between the 2 where kids and families like to play on the grass and play ball. Really this is a great location and worth the travel if you need something to do. Starbucks is in the store on top of it all so there you go.

I was just in this store looking for a birthday gift and was appalled to see Tucker Maxs latest contribution to moral depravity, "Assholes Finish First" prominently displayed at the Customer Service desk. My complaint is not with the title, and I certainly wouldnt express a need to censor it. However, I take exception to it being placed in a prominent location where any passer-by may see it, to include small children. Had it occurred to me, I would have taken a picture of its presentation and uploaded it to this page and watched how long it took for it to be labeled "inappropriate" and removed. My guess is that, were I to use the term in this comment, it would also be removed. Well done, B&N. You just made a new Amazon customer.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I purchased a device and when I went to return it, I felt staff were angry. It was unopened and returned within 1 hour of purchasing it. Something came up and I no longer needed it. Although the process was easy as far as getting my money back, the workers treated me differently and I am displeased with this. I said to a friend that if I need the device in the future, I would return to this store to purchase it. I was asked WHY I was returning it by two workers. At this point, this is not in my future plans. I will go elsewhere where people respect that you may need to return things you purchase.

This book store is very cool store for every age group. They always have some kind of book event, art , book reading for kids going on. Adults can grab coffee from Starbucks mini cafe , which is inside this bookstore , and read books or magazines. Very nice staff, clean store @ amazing location as well. If you are member of Barnes and Noble then you get discounts on not only books but Starbucks care inside the store as well.

B&N Settlers Ridge is very nice, customer service is impeccable BUT their books are hardly on the shelf therefore you are constantly ordering books. I also dont understand what all the B&N membership card does plus it cost $25 ...come on now thats the cost of a few books right there.

This Barnes and Noble is one of my absolute favorites in the Pittsburgh area. It has pretty much every title a person could ever search for in a book store, has a great Starbucks, and is around all sorts of other fun places.

Very nice staff at the bookstore and in the cafe. Can sit and read &/or chat as long as you want in the seating areas. Only downside- women who use the restroom do not always flush there for some odd reason.

Very big store! This is where I get all my books. I recommend getting at membership if you buy books at barnes and noble often. Most of the time I go in the cafe is pretty crowded but it has quick service.

cashier wouldnt waive a penny. total was like $20.01 and i only had two 20s. she made me break the second twenty and gave me 99 cents in change. will just order off amazon next time.

Great store with an awesome Starbucks inside. The asiago cheese pretzels are to die for and they have cheesecake factory cheesecakes available for sale! Friendly staff.

Awesome collection. Got books for over $200 for kids. Its nice when all the books are just laid out for everyone to browse instead of searching for one topic at a time.
