Their return policy is a strict 14days - it doesnt matter if you paid full price or if you just want to exchange the books. If you call customer service for help they will just quote their return policy. The first line of the customer service response email is "Your request has been considered resolved" -- hows that for otherwise saying "leave us alone" Unfortunately, this is not a good place to buy presents or anything youre not completely sure of. PS - I put this same review on Yelp! and they filtered it from view - its very disappointing that they dont allow valid and useful information to be shared.

The cashiers are really sweet and the selection is amazing. The only thing thats a little off is how they push the millionaires club. I dont mind though because I know that they are required to ask about it as part of their job and if they dont they can get in trouble. I will definitely go again!

The cashier insisted that I would be saving $12.00 if I joined Millionaires Club when it was clear that I wouldnt. She started saying "You dont have to do anything, just accept to join our club", and in the receipt it says "$25.00 fee for annual membership". With auto renewal. Beware.

Lots and lots of books. The kids love this place. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I have had some really great experiences in this book store.
