I love to go here, get a coffee, and sit down at one of their many quiet tables throughout the store. Picture a library experience but you get to sample the very newest books. I have never asked for assistance here, but the staff is friendly enough. In my opinion, the role of the brick and mortar book store is to provide a better "version" of Amazon and Google Plays "trial read" concept on tablets. I dont recommend doing this, but as we all know Amazon usually offers lower pricing, so they dont seem to mind if you take pictures of the books you like, to research the competition later. Their prices are usually only marginally higher. However, if you enjoy the store, give them your business so we can continue to have a Barnes and Noble vs. another chain retail clothing store.

I enjoy the plethora of books & comics to be feel at home with. The Starbucks cafe on the second floor is a particular boost to this enjoyment. Besides Erika the store manager, telling people to get off the floor(which is more comfortable than their backless benches btw) is slightly preposterous, it doesnt kill from the experience since their are other uncomfortable but suitable places to read at. I always get a good read.

Great two story bookstore. Coffee shop. Huge selection. Need to pay for parking so that is a negative but this is an example of what bookstores should be. I notice they are now discounting some titles to be more competitive with online. They need to find a way to discount ALL titles without requiring a paid annual club membership.

I tried to contact by phone the customer service in Sunset five times and they never answered. In two occasions they will hang up on me. I had to ask for a book for my son while driving and they made it very difficult. This is the first time that I call a store like Barnes and Noble and no one answers.

People in front desk must to have good training in customer service skills. The girl has good intention to explain products but seems like it was her first day working there. At the very first time she wanted to refer me to other person. Advice: train people before start the job.

Call me old fashioned but I will always love to have my print in hand. The Starbucks upstairs has great food and the store as a whole is always well kept. Now if only it was easier to park in the area!

This Barnes and Nobel is located inside the Sunset Place complex. It is a 2 floor layout. It is large and is not lacking in any categories of books. The cafe is also quite nice.
