The store is nice and quiet, though the surroundings are quite littered and the entrance neglected and smelly. Most fresh items expire tomorrow, and if discounted they expire today. Cashiers lack proper training, seldom a hello or thank you, just blunt instructions to use the pad thingy. An overall bad experience, and its sad because you have a lot of potential and resources. Manager, clean up the entrances, train your people! Sit them down once in a while and explain personable customer service. I assume you are a little smarter than they are. You guys missed a golden opportunity to attract and retain customers when Market Basket went on strike or whatever. Simply handing out Stop and Shop cards was not enough. Get a smart person to analyze what is going on with you guys, else stay mediocre forever!

The store really has improved itself by a wide margin in recent months. A lot of prices have been reduced, and to me, as a mid-end quality grocery shopper, I do get better deals here than Market Basket because I stock up on nonperishables when they go on sale. Generally, on any particular item, Stop & Shops sale prices average 20% less. That is somewhat offset by higher regular prices (about 10%) but those really only affect me on stuff I truly need to buy weekly such as milk and produce.

Came by last week early morning and I needed help finding something so I asked an employee who was nerby stocking shelves. She shook her head and kept repeating " I dont know .. Im sorry I dont know" then she said " maybe go ask a cashier" .. SERIOUSLY?? Why do you even work there? Needless to say this was strike three for this store and I will be going elsewhere. Its a shame because I live down the road and this store was convinient, but i rather drive Elsewhere!!

The store was empty in the morning which always make grocery shopping easier and they had plenty of the shopping carts for two kids for when a dad of twins gets over eager enough to take the kids shopping with him on his own. The cashier and bagger were so polite and thoughtful of me and my family. Will definitely come back as much as possible

Gross, dirty and horribly pungent. Stopped in on my lunch break. I used the bathroom and went to deli. This stop and shop is the possibly the grossest I have been to. I prefer stop and shop for boars head. I will not be back.

Easy to find store right off of hiway (Rt38-95). Store is clean always, staff helpful and courteous. Atm availability and pharmacy in store. Prices at Stop n Shop Woburn more affordable than their surrounding competitors.

I used to visit this place weekly when I lived in the area. The atmosphere is nice and there is a good selection. Normal prices may not be lowest among their compeititors though.
