This place is maddening, cars from all sides, park in front of the store means hard to get out, even worse if someone decides to park next to you. Its not a pedestrian friendly place. Especially entering and existing from Yale on foot. And if you have kids and stroller, people give crazy looks. Some are in hurry, who dont want to stop. I go there late nights dfor CVS, Ralphs and for fuel. I like Donut star, Ralphs, pick up Stix, Mcds and CPK, however CPK has its own parking.

Variety of restaurants which include and not limited to, Mooyah Burger which is awesome, Pizza 90 which is good, Olives Branch Express a Mediterranean restaurant is coming soon, they come from San Juan Capistrano, this is their second location, California Pizza Kitchen is on the corner. This center has has a gas station, grocery store, 2 banks, a pharmacy, anything you need you have it in this center, its only lacking a gym.

Great choices for quick bites and easy parking. The Pizza place is an easy go to (really good.) Another is Stacks (burgers, flank steak salad, fries etc) so many great choices. You can even order a beer w dinner. Good vibe in this place wants to make you linger here a little longer. Viola $10 and dinner is done!

Lots of selection for shopping and especially eating out. One stop shopping from grocery, banking, gas, prescriptions, hair, on and on. Parking can be very difficult during prime hours, and take care while walking or driving around the lot. Ive seen several minor accidents and near misses.

My experience at this recovery center in Irvine was great. I mean the program itself was difficult but it was worth the pay off. The staff constantly monitored me and gave me the support I needed to keep going. Theyve got a really awesome staff and great facility, I recommend.

This place is great. They have a Starbucks, Donut Star which has great bagels and breakfast McDonalds that was just renovated and Improved, a California Pizza Kitchen, Ralphs, Chevron gas station, Mail Store, and my favorite, a 24 hour CVS. Its usually pretty busy too

Nice little shopping center with several places to eat. Parking can get pretty busy at lunch time so keep that in mind when coming here. MOOYAH burgers are delicious and a great eat. There is also a Gas station and CVS here.

Lots of good restaurants in this plaza. I go here all the time for lunch during work. Parking can sometimes be an issue but usually doesnt take long to find a spot. My favorite restaurant here is definitely Mooyah Burger

Traffic is always bad, but Chronic Tacos makes up for it, especially late night. Really sucks they chased away El Chollo (I understand they wanted to % of revenue on top of the rent) :-(

Typical Irvine strip mall, some of the businesses rotate through, but are usually good. Traffic jams in the parking lot can get a little hairy but usually arent too bad
