Never been so embarrassed or humiliated in my life. I am a disabled veteran and father of two wonderful girls. Came to the mall so my daughters could see Santa for the holidays to find out that the people at the mall would only allow my daughters to see Santa if I purchased one od there outrageous priced photo packages for each of my children which would of totaled close to 60.00 just to see Santa. Of course there are no prices posted put front or online you are only told this after waiting in line. Then to be told that and have to walk away as my kids are depressed and I embarrassed with all of the other patrons in line. Please save your money and time and do not go to he lacuna hills mall do not give your money to these crooked greedy individuals. We ended up going to the spectrum and it was 15$. Much more affordable. They should take into account not everyone is wealthy and should accommodate different types of incomes which would increase profits and show social responsibility.

This mall can not compete with the surrounding malls in the surrounding malls in the area. The shops are low end, vacant store spaces inside, feels depressing, outdated. The parking attendant in the parking lot to keep people from parking for the hospital across the street is unnecessary as there are many many vacant parking spaces available (because the mall is empty). I would think they would welcome people parking there in the hopes they would shop at the mall after their hospital visit as it is convienent. The mall does have a coffee bean and subway, which would be convienent for any hospital visitors to access, but not if they cant park close by. The malls proximity to the hospital could be beneficial for it, but it does not seem the malls operations department is interested in exploring that path.

I love this mall. I like it better than the Mission Viejo one (which, unfortunately, is closer to home). The reson behind this is either (a) the stores appeal to my tastes more than the other mall (but no Apple store?), (b) theres a dollar bookstore there, which is fantastic, or (c) the crowds arent as large, but not to a point where almost nobody else is there. However, the earlier closing times for the weekend annoy me. Seriously? Plus, the food court isnt as... um... broad. At least theres a Rubios. The experience does make up for the cons, which is fantastic. I will definitely visit this mall again when I get the chance to!

This has to be the saddest mall in OC. I work nearby and sometimes eat at Rubios, which is the only reason I come here. Every time I walk inside the mall more and more shops are closed. Most recently they have partitioned off half the mall (supposedly for much needed renovations). I hear rumors that there is a new general manager for the mall with plans of major renovations. Hopefully that is true since there is hardly nothing worth visiting at this mall.

I actually really like this mall for the fact that it isnt crowded and the stores seem to be almost like outlets (at least their sales and prices!) There is a Coffee Bean Tea Leaf which I love! Also good restaurants like CPK, Rubios, and others! There are also random but rare stirs like a game store and used book store. One stop shop! Only downside is its not very aesthetically appealing, but everything else makes up for it.

This place has kinda been in limbo since they closed the food court about 2.5 years ago. I hear there is new ownership coming in. Hope so because there is a lot of potential here in the area being wasted. The biggest dumb thing is the mall closes at 7pm Saturdays and 6pm on Sundays. The days when people are not working and have the time to go to the mall they close early?

This mall is in desperate need of an upgrade. The pavement is falling apart and so many shops are closed. I heard it is up for sale. There are so many shops disappearing from Laguna Hills. The seniors need a place to go relax and stay active. Senior Citizens have the most expendable income out of any other category. So why not cater to them and make this place fab?

My husband and I call this sad mall, because it is quite sad. A lot of the stores are smaller, private owners. Many of the larger names have closed up shop. I hear they are planning renovations which will be much needed to keep up with the other great malls within driving distance - namely Irvine spectrum and Shops at Mission Viejo

Favorite game store is here (Game Master) but otherwise the mall is in disrepair. Parking lot has broken light fixtures, inside is poorly lit, broken tiles, stores with broken signage, many empty stores and stalls. 2 star experience +1 star for having the good taste to give game master the space it deserves.

This mall seems to be a bit outdated, so glad it is being renovated. Only half the mall is open, the other half seems to have been taken down for construction. The only reason why I have been here is because of Macys and Nordstrom Rack. Very small, very lonely and very quite at the mall itself.

Going, going, going aaand... Revamp! Its pretty interesting how theyre doing a major remodel and spending a ton of money, even though we all know under 5 years from now that theyre gonna tear it down to build more overpriced condos that no one lives in just like everywhere else in southern OC.

To be honest, it is nit a very good mall. The outside smells like sweat and cigarettes and it is really small. It doesnt have any fun stores or good shopping stores. I would not prefer going here if I were you. Its a waste of time. Go to the Irvine spectrum or the mission Viejo mall instead.

This is a dead mall. Also know as "Old Lady Mall". There are barely any stores left inside and what is keeping it alive is JC Penny and Macys. On the bright side, they are totally renovating this place and it will be brand new mall called "Five Lagunas". It should be open by summer 2017.

Nice place to do shopping. There is Macys, JCPenny as one of big places to shop. Nordstorm rack is also there. You can also grab something to eat while shopping. Dont think there is much for entertainment; not sure but think after renovation, the upper floor has some Dinosaur park

This place needs serious updating to be the fun, entertaining place it used to be. There was a time when this place thrived and was a good place to hang out with friends at the food court. Today its just a boring shopping center that gets the job done, but isnt anything special.

Going through a major facelift. Lots of construction. Many smaller stores arent open for business. Onlu JC Penny, Rubios, total womens gym, fabulous nails, and a few others. There is a bookstore selling $1 books, too! I will have to check back in after the remodeling is done

As with a lot of malls now, it is struggling to keep up with the times which means very little foot traffic and slightly antiquated stores. That being said, facilities are nice, there are plenty of food options nearby, and there are a couple of great shopping options.

Typical mall with a lackluster walk between stores. Its striking only on how utterly mundane theyve managed to make the experience on walking down the corridors of shops. Theres absolutely nothing that sets this mall apart from any other. Its adequate St best.
