Worth going for the hype, the taste... eh. I was excited as many people hyped up about this ice cream parlor with milky buns. When I went, there was a line, but I expected it since it was so popular. I got the Cookie Monster (one of the most popular ones) I didnt get the buns glazed because I read previous reviews that i was just sugar overload.. Overall, it was okay. The ice cream is good and the milk bun is yummy, but its not something I would drive all the way and stand in line for. I thought it was very cool, and the fact that the bun is super hot initially was awesome. I heard the ice cream alone is great, so next time if I go, I plan on only getting the ice cream. Worth going once for the hype!

I will never shop at this store again. I bought my wife a necklace for Christmas and the chain broke in less than 3 months. My wonderful wife took it back to get it fixed where she was told it would cost $85 to fix or, this really bothered me, that they would sell her a service contract (I bet they get commission on the service contract). My wife was appalled. She pleaded saying it seemed ridiculous that they wanted $85 for a simple fix. So she took it to our local Chino Hills jeweler where they fixed it for $18 in 5 minutes. How could you ever take a chance on a company like this? I never will. Watch for my review on other sites also. This needs to stop. How do you spell YELP?

Parking can be tricky sometimes but fine if youre just going to Trader Joes or Chipotle. Dont be a sucker and pay the meters, go in the back of the mall and walk a few more yards for free. Its good for you. Nothing particularly amazing here to eat, unless you love Afters, but Ra, Bruxie and the burger joint are decent options. The kids love the fountain and train, and theres some useful shops like HM and F21. I dont know... its a fine place but its not necessarily must-see or walk-through. Maybe it needs to get bigger or have a taco or hot dog stand. Always feel safe and friendly here, not too teenager-infested... its perfectly fine:)

Now that the outside malls are quickly becoming the big thing in So Cal, they seem to be popping up everywhere. I, for one, was not a big fan of these types of malls, but theyre taking their time growing on me. Ive been to this "mall" quite a few times now and, even though Im not big on the stores, its a great place to hang out and relax with some friends. Grab a latte, relax by the fire pit or chill at the fountain and soak in the atmosphere! Note: This place is way more low-key than Victoria Gardens which makes it a nice place to hang out. There are plenty of benches and places to chill so enjoy!

The Shoppes at Chino Hills has always been a pretty cool place to hangout, do some shopping, eat, or grab some drinks. Highlights here include Yard House, Trader Joes, Chipotle, Afters Ice Cream, RA Sushi, Barnes & Noble, and more. They also have events here from time to time including farmers markets or concerts. For Pokemon trainers, this place is an absolute goldmine. 5 Pokestops within a 2 minute walking distance and its almost always covered in lures. If you need to do some powerleveling, this is the place to be.

Love to come to this outdoor shopping area. My favorite stores for food are Bruxie, Yardhouse and Dripp. Also for shopping they have huge forever 21, h&m, old navy, vs, bath and body, etc. Drink and dessert places like Afters and 7 leaves. Clean space with clean public bathrooms. They have farmers market on Wednesdays and live music on weekends. For kids, they offer a train ride as well. Ah, Barnes and nobles is also here with a Starbucks attached to it.

Im sorry its not even worth my time shopping here. I saw a nasty homeless walking around. This shopping center called the shoppes ew. People if you want high class rich atmosphere out door mall then go to Victoria gardens in Rancho Cucamonga its way better. At the shoppes in chino hills I saw two teenage kids smoking weed and I grabbed my kid and took off. I did not know how Chino Hills could be so disgusting Im so glad I dont even live in that city

This is a very nice mall with horrible parking. The variety of stores in the mall are very good and there are some nice places to eat as well. They have a central plaza with benches, seats and a water fountain play area for the kids or adults that want to recapture their childhood. Other than the parking it is a very nice place to go, our family ends up making the trip there at least once a week for dining or shopping.

This shopping center is an attractive place for shoppers. This place has almost everything one may want to do, clothes shopping, grocery, restaurants, book stores you name it. Trader Joes is my favorite stop shop for grocery. They also have concerts here from time to time and that is where the parking becomes an issue. Otherwise no problem with parking. There is open parking as well as structured too.

This is my personal opinion! Dont hate! If you wanna go to the shoppes come with lost of money its just like a regular mall only the stores are outside. BUT yeah. I dont hate it though its an alright Place I go there to buy my jeans from forever 21 so Im not complaining just probably needs more tables or chairs to sit/hangout at.

I would always come here for food, whether it be for steaks and bbq or soups and sandwich. This plaza has a lot of things, and it is very near the Chino Hills Library. There are more places to eat and shop across the street as well, making selection very varied. Definitely a great place to hang out and look around to shop and eat.

Some cool spots like Dripp Coffee and CPK - but terrible parking situation when its busy and metered parking on the inside streets of the plaza that dont have the capability to accept credit cards - this is supposed to be a high end plaza ? I dont exactly walk around with 3 dollars worth of coins for my outings

Variety of shops, made up of clothing, food and personal care. Shops are both brand name and creative Independents. Theres also a childrens train, that rides through a portion of the sitting/walking area. Guest Services booth is available for information. Plenty of parking encompasses the area.

Quaint little neighborhood outdoor mall, train ride for the kids, water shoots.... although people bring their kids fully adorned in bathing suits, I really dont believe that was this installations original purpose. But, oh well... it makes the little kids laugh and smile so, who cares right?
