Grooming appointment scheduled for 6pm. Running a tad behind, due to car trouble and traffic. My daughter calls and tell grooming department that we would be late. We arrive at 6:17 to be told that we were too late. They close at 9pm. This is the same place that keeps my pet for 3 to 4 hours sometimes. To add insult to injury, the manager lied and says she told my daughter that we could only be 5 minutes late. Not true. I was on the phone. I am heated! Wont be a repeat customer. Not sure if my race played apart, but due to this political climate and intense social issues currently, one does wonder.

You can find everything you need for your pet. Good store flow quality products, friendly staff, and convenient location. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars that there is not enough staff ( I need to walk around to find a staff most of the time) and prices are little higher according to the online shopping.

Great place. Very clean. Do walk-insurance all the time for my dogs to get there nails trimmed. Very friendly staff and I never have to wait long.
