I love Pet Supplies Plus. I shop at this particular location typically around twice a month for cat, dog, and bird supplies. You can find great sales, but the regular prices are generally very reasonable too. Generally I find I save more money shopping here than at other popular pet stores, like pet smart. I like that there are several bulk options for their bird food, and that while there are seed mixes available, they also have bulk options for nutrient dense pellets. There is also wild bird food available in the bulk section too which is nice. I dont know if all locations offer this for bird food. I dont typically have questions for the staff that are more involved than pricing questions, but every time Ive witnessed the staff helping other customers they seem very knowledgable and polite. If the store doesnt carry something specific youre looking for, be sure to speak with the management. Sometimes they are able to get that item in for you. The store is generally clean and organized, and they do a pretty good job at keeping items in stock to the best of their ability. Anything you buy here you are able to return with your receipt too which is so valuable if you happen to have pets that are picky eaters. The only negative comment I have about this store is the location, I wish there was a store closer to the Perrysburg area, but its worth the few extra minutes in the car to come here.

These stores drive me crazy, the managers act like lunitics instead of real people. They have a good selection of dog items but I try not to come here unless I have to because of the managers. You can tell corporate has them freaked out about keeping their jobs.. and no one likes to do surveys! Pay attention to Google map reviews and store profit instead of getting highly satisfied on a dumb survey that no one wants to do!

The people who work here are great and always helpful. The down side is if you are looking to buy troical fish then this is not the place to go. Seems like the tanks always have ick or some other reason that they cannot sell any fish. Most of their tanks are dirty and several have dead fish in them. Other than not maintaining the fish tanks its a good store.

My favorite pet supplies chain store. The staff at this location is always extremely nice and helpful. They always take my dog food out to my car for me. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. Sign up for their rewards they send out coupons frequently. Good place to get your dog license as well.
