This star review is more like an average of the different services they offer. 5/5 for products on the shelves. Everything is always stocked. Prices are pretty good if you use coupons, which are fairly easy to get. They sell some great brands of pet products (just make sure you do your research before you buy), and I love their no-questions-asked return policy. 4.5/5 for their grooming services. They do a really good job on our small, hairy Yorkie Poo, but the prices are a little much. They dont take long, either. Ive just found the local competitors out there to be more reasonably priced. 3.5/5 for purchasing pets. I apologize for being harsh, but sometimes, I really feel like I know more about the animals they sell than some of their staff. If I were PetSmart, Id work on training your employees in their respective departments. If youre selling me a fish...be able to answer basic questions about fish. I feel like Google is more helpful than a few of the employees.

DO NOT BUY SMALL PETS HERE! I bought a hamster and two days later he showed signs of wet tail (the hamster form of dysentery). When I took him back to petsmart one of the associates told me that they have had problems with their hamster supplier in the past and they had 2 hamsters die on them that day of wet tail. They knowingly sold me a pet that could be sick, yet chose to keep me uninformed of my hamsters possible condition. It would have been nice if they had at least warned me so I could be proactive and start treating him when I brought him home just in case. But they were nice enough to take my hamster back and try to nurse him back to health. If he manages to pull through, I will update this review.

As a frequent and loyal customer at this location for the past two years, I have always been very impressed by this stores cleanliness, organization, inventory selection, and its associates that are always so friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Customer service at this PetSmart consistently goes above and beyond my high expectations and is an exemplary model for any small to medium retail business that seeks a well-thought-out recipe for the implementation of an outstanding customer service experience. This PetSmart is a pretty good place to shop for your pet needs. Its pretty pricy especially when it comes to betta fish. Ive gotten two betta fish from PetSmart in the past and as long as you are very careful to choose a fish that isnt sick, they make great pets. I really wish they didnt put their bettas in cups because its really bad for them. Fin Alley would be a better place to shop for fish and its not too out of the way. The fish there are well cared for and the owner is awesome.

My boyfriend and I went in to look at reptile supplies and encountered the most pushy and rude sales associates. We were getting the supplies we needed and when we did not take thier suggestions to buy the priciest products theg got very snippy and began speak to us like we were morons. I got so annoyed by they attitude I left the products we had pick and left the store. Moral of the story just skip Petsmart and go to Pet Supplies Plus.

Great store for pet supplies and an excellent grooming service. Despite having a decently heavy amount of animal traffic, the store is always clean and safe. The shelves of product are clearly labeled, well-organized, and always stocked. My only complaint is that there are almost never enough registers open to check out, and no option for self check-out. This usually translates to a significant wait to get out of the store.

It has everything you need for all kinds of pets. Lots of great sales. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They really care about the animals there. I work at a vet hospital nearby and they often bring in their rodents, reptiles and birds often spending more money on them than they make on the critters sale. They are dedicated to helping people get and take care of a new friend.

Over 20 minutes in the store and only the cashier was around. She could not leave to help me. Everyone was in the office (door has a window) not sure what they were doing but it looked like they were having a blast doing it. I just dropped everything I was going to buy and walked out.

Took our maltese dog for grooming. It seems that they are on a hurry and dont want to spend the needed time grooming. Instead of getting a hair cut, our dog got shaved. Needless to say, we wont be going back as their service is very poor. If it was an option, I would give zero stars.

Every single time I come to this location to get my dogs nails grinded, it is PACKED. Every other Petsmart Ive been to always has enough groomers to accomodate easy walk ins. The girls here always look frazzled and stressed. Call ahead and make appointments, even though its a Petsmart

This store is always clean and well stocked. Cash register lines can be long sometimes. Sometimes it is hard to find someone to help you in the fish/cricket area. Products here are a little overpriced compared to other places too. Overall this is a great store though.

This is a great store me and my family adopted to cats from here and they are so wonderful. The caretakers for the animals are so wonderful and actually interact with them so they are so wonderful with people when they do find homes for these animals

They only do dogs in salon. Do not sell bunnies. Only displeased because Pet Supplies Plus has more & has been there longer.
