Bought an apple phone and heard the camera was rattling 3 days after USC 18 day warranty, since then I have been told by usc and apple that there is nothing that can be done for me. Apple has a year long warranty but usc refuses to help me work with Apple, and apple refuses to work with me because I bought my phone at usc. Trust me, use another carrier if you can, this is bs and I feel like I have been left hanging by both companies, apple and us cellular. They basically told me Im stuck with a defective product, I could get another iphone6 but apparently they often come with rattling cameras, so why even sell them?? I doubt every store has defective iphone6s for sale, lame service and suspect inventory means 1 out of 5 stars and a frustrated customer.. Ps, this is my 4th or 5th attempt at solving my issue, which should not even be a problem, if you ask me a defective product should be handled no problem.
Prices keep going up! Most of the employees are misleading! They do not always tell you the truth. You are told what they think you want to hear!! Went into the store yesterday and the employee called me a liar to my husband! This reall pissed me off!! If I wasnt in a contract with us cellular I would leave!! Also it has become more and more difficult to buy a new phone without increasing your bill dramatically! They arent all about helping the customer, its all about the money!
