This store is very easy to get credit.. I never had a problem with the stuff I have bought it. ( if you take care your stuff they will last) Ive been with this store for more than 7 years now and also thanks to this Store I was able to get a CAR LOAN and a good Credit Card, I dont know why other people are mad about , most of the brands that this store sales are also seen on sore like "Best Buy, Frys, Walmart and many other stores etc." The Living Room/Dining Set I got from this store is still good and SOLID with no cracks, scratches or paint coming off and the laptops/computers /TVs I also got are still running strong and without any issues at all. I do recommend this store to anybody,, that is starting credit or already has credit. but before you buy.. +You the Buyer+ must really know what you are buying or search before you go and buy at any Store, ask questions to sales reps/associates dont wait for them to tell you what the warranty really covers and read the warranty card that they give you before you go to any Store Mad and make a fool of yourself. All warranties/ protection plans at any store have Limitations... This means that the buyer also plays a role and has responsibilities over their merchandise..dont just spect the store or their employees to do the work that you "the buyer should do" ++keep it nice and clean+++ same way goes like if you were to buy any car.. ++the buyer/ owner++ needs to take care of it so it can last for every long time... right??? NOTE: just to clarify.. this is not a store that you can just go and say 6 months/1 year later " I dont like it... i dont want it... and i want to return it.. or thats how I received it all damaged on the day of delivery or report it 6 months or a 1 year later demanding an exchange/ refund and while the merchandise was being used by you all this time.... Also the merchandise is no longer the stores merchandise the merchandise bought at any store is yours from day 1. regardless if you paid cash or you are making payments... is the same.. TIP: There is this thing also called ""Normal Wear and Tear""" from everyday use that is not classified as a Manufactury Defect..

MUY MALA COMPRA!!! COLCHON!!! OJo si te vas animar a comprar en Famsa. Saque un Colchon a credito por 2 anios, llevo 1 anio pagandolo y el colchon esta hueco de en medio. Lo reporte y lo inspeccionaron. Despues solo me llamaron y me dijieron que la garantia NO PROCEDIA, por una manchita que tenia el colchon. Que el vendedir no los acepta asi. Aside facil se quitaron el problema. Ahora tengo q enfrentar el problema de NO PAGO. POR UN ARTICULO DE MUY. MUY MALA CALIDAD. QUIEN VA A ESTAR PAGANDO ALGO QUE NO TE SIRVE???. Y el departamento tecnico MAL SERVICIO NUNCA. NUNCA CONTESTA. MALA COMPRA. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA. POR ALGO LOS LOCALES AMERICANOS SON GRANDES. POR RESPETAR SIEMPRE TU COMPRA!!! Lastima de tienda!!!

AWFUL - AWFUL - AWFUL I would never recommend anyone to this place. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Esther. She paraded us around bed room sets and mattresses. We chose a few that we like. Once we sat down to figure out the finances ~ she ASSURED ME the set we picked would be delivered tomorrow. (Mind you, I had to pick a different set because the first one was on back order.) Come Sunday, nothing happens. No phone call, nothing. We obtain the delivering warehouse number, and they advise us a part was damaged. (The mirror). We make our way, AGAIN, to the store and talk to the Manager, Daniel. HE ASSURES AND REASSURES US, the part will be DELIVERED ON TUESDAY (today), and our set should go out for delivery. Still havent received anything. Warehouse advises us the mirror was damaged in shipping and is NOW on back order. STILL NO CALL TO LET US KNOW OF THIS TERRIBLE TRAGEDY. I am actually still in the process of canceling this order. The Manager (Socorro?), has decided its okay to promise same day delivery. Ha!

Horrible Do NOT BUY anything from here my husband has great credit with this company. And in November 12 we just purchased a refrigerator from there 2 days later the ice maker messes up i call the following day to see about getting a replacement or getting it fixed for about 2 weeks i got a run around saying the service order will be sent in, after the 3 week went buy I finally ask to speak to Manager Daniel saying the same thing he will send the service order out finally on December 2 they call to schedule an appointment for the 6th for someone to come out now our payment is due on December 15 and we more likely wont have our refrigerator fix or replace. I am beyond furious Do Not BUY FROM THEM

This place is great. Read the reviews and I still decided to stop by, everything was great. The payments are affordable and it was easy to get a good amount of credit from them. They also report to your credit which I liked because Im currently building credit. I have no complaints except my sales lady was not very outgoing and it felt rushed. But other then that it was good, they promised me next day delivery and they did so which I wa a happy with because they delivered on a Sunday most companies dont. Im in love with my bedroom set! So dont go based off these reviews alone I would honestly just take the trip out there they really do have great products.

Compre una sala en este negocio,se me descompuso!!uno de los sofa- reclinables, pues es eléctrico hable por la aseguradora (garantia) fue mucho problema con el servicio de reparación, Llevo alrededores 2 meses para que me lo repararan y muchas llamadas y tiempo de espera si antes recomendaba este negoció ya no!!

Their customer service is only good when it comes to trying to make a good sale/commission. Only 3 months after purchasing a Serta mattress from them, which was supposedly under a warranty, the mattress pillow top sunk about an inch and a half to two inches, and after going back and forth with them at the store, and over the phone I can honestly say that seven months later, I never got the issue resolved. The so called store manager at this location was rude and condescending, and did not show any concerns with having a satisfied customer. If I am still paying this off is ONLY because I do not want to hurt my credit score.

customer service the worst, people there do not help you after the sale, theres always an issue when it come to do a service on the items you bought from them, day one, i walked in everyone was nice, a month later when i had an issue with my laptop no one was trying to help me, and when i got someone to help me they were rude, spoke with the store manager and he was clueless, rude and the worst, Im never gonna shop here again they lost my business...
