My experiences start about 6 mos. ago when I was looking for a chair. The salesman only had an interest in selling us a higher priced chair. He even said that their "store brand" was lower quality, that takes too long and we wouldnt be interested in it. Fast forward several months and I reached out to the store for a specific piece of furniture. The same sales guy answered the phone and said they dont carry it. When I pressed him, he said they would have to order it and probably couldnt get it. End of call. I sent an email to the main office, thinking they would care. They had someone named Jason contact me. He apologized and asked what I needed. I emailed him the specifics on April 10...and havent heard back from him. I guess the moral is, if you can afford to overpay for furniture they will do what they can for you. Anyone else can pound sand.

We had a tremendous experience at Stacys Furniture. Our sales professional, Glinda McDuffie, was absolutely outstanding. The store looked good, had excellent selection, and Glinda made the selection, ordering, and purchasing process easy and fun. She helped to guide us with our choices throughout the shopping experience, making us aware of different options to enhance the look we were trying to achieve, and when the furniture was delivered, it looked better than we had anticipated. We are very satisfied customers of Stacys Furniture thanks in large part to the efforts of Glinda McDuffie. Well done.

AVOID THIS STORE ! High prices, low quality. I bought furniture twice from this store. The first time, the two chairs were different shades and different leather grain. The second time, the table was the wrong color/wood by several degrees and they tried to charge a delivery fee though I refused delivery due to defect. They caved when I threatened credit card company referral and small claims court. Desperate operation.

Poor service! They follow you when you enter the door. Coming here on a Thursday in the afternoon a male with a blue shirt and a male with a orange shirt both are heavy looking act very unprofessional. They look right at me did not even bother to welcome me and made me feel horrible. Im so tired of people who have a job and act like that. I wonder how they got hired in the first place........

Absolutely horrible. Spent $4k on mattress and it was not at all comfortable. When we asked about returning there were restocking fees over 20% where I basically couldnt return. All the other companies stand behind. Do NOT buy mattresses from them! Even dealt with one of the owners. Ordered headboard and told 4 weeks. It has now been almost 12 weeks and now mid December delivery.
