My experience with this business was very frustrating. The web site to submit photos of items you wish to consign doesnt work well. I had to re-send images on more than one occasion. The store staff isnt equipped to answer questions over the phone, and I was provided incorrect information on the status of my items on more than one occasion. They take longer than is necessary to pay you when they sell something. All in all, Id look for another consigner next time I downsize.

Upscale, designer home decor at a responsible price.....somes up the overall experience at Furniture Buy Consignment. We just relocated from Chicago, and couldnt believe the quality of merchandise. The staff welcomed everyone that entered the store, and invited them back as they left. We will back of course, there is nothing like this experience, thanks to our Sales Professional, Toney.

Great place to stop for consignment items. Unique pricing lets you wait a few days for a predetermined price drop. Always new (used) items showing up. Very talkative friendly staff. Spent way to much here a few times :)

nice shop for consigment furniture. most items are not antique, but 80s, 90s, 200s and up. lots of options and essy to navigate. if you see big cinfy pieces with style, this offers good options. staff is friendly.
