Will never shop there again! Was quoted a price for a recliner, but when I came to buy it, was told only the floor model was available, that I would have to pay extra for the stain guard that I didnt want, and that they would first have to ship it to their warehouse where I could pick it up two days later. No authority to work with the customer, lost a sale over their inflexibility.

Horrible service, I have never been spoke to by a manager the way Nicholas addressed me. Would recommend the Lazy Boy product, but choose another store. They should learn to take responsibility for their errors and quit acting like nobodys time is valuable besides theirs.
