We were looking for a kittten for my birthday, we went in and asked the lady, with very stong additude took us back there and said you cant have a kitten if you have a child under 8 my younger brother is 8. Later after walking around the mall for about 30 or 45 minutes, we go back in and call the boss and step outside. Again with another additude,(a diffrent person). Said yes its ok if hes only 8. We continuted to tell the lady about our cat we already had at home and we told her she was an inside outside cat. (he would go inside and somtimes be outside) she interupted my mom and said "oh well i will Not sell you my cat if she will be an outside" now i dont even have a chance with one of their cats and i will be talking to a maneger Later that day: i called the manger and talked to her she said she the reason for not letting cats be an outside cat is if they are inside they last up to 20 yrs if they are putside they last up to only 2 yrs i said 18 years is a bit much, dont you agree? I told her that my aunt had 4 cars that she has had for over 15 years and she said "good for you" and i said okay mama have a good day.

Went in to buy some things for our cats and fish and picked out some cat foods with coupons on them and went to pay and one of the coupons was expired. Since I found the coupons on the products in the store I asked if they could still honor it. The manager (Julie) accused me of stealing coupons from around the store and trying to use them incorrectly, and insisted on wandering around the store saying there werent coupons on those products. I was using the manufacturers coupon correctly, but her attitude made us drop our $75+ purchase and walk away. Is a $2 coupon really worth upsetting customers? Couldnt believe how rude she was. If they couldnt honor the coupon she could have just said no rather than make us feel like criminals. Going to avoid this store from now on.

I have 2 german shepards and ive been going to your store for 5 years,,,,im on my 3rd free bag of food ,,because my ist card never worked was upset I missed all the free bags of dog food and I never got my free case of can ??? I had to get a new card to get the 3 bags they said my free case was mailed and I never got it !!Natural Balance can food and taste of the wild dry,,,love the store all wonderful and nice,,,,but I felt I should of received my free food,,, wasnt my fault the ist card didnt register,,,, would love to see if I get my free case after 5 years,,,, Bettyann Riggio 8752 s. vision circle inverness fl 34452,,,also its very very nice of your store to have this....if it worked !!

I travel with my pets so do not have the luxury of going to one particular groomer exclusively. One of my dogs who is particularly nervous had a very bad experience from which I was helpless to rescue her. Thankfully, Petsmart in Leesburg has KAEL. She was fabulous and has a real talent for working with dogs. Her calm demeanor was just what my baby needed. Thank you so much, Kael. Youre the best!

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at pet smart. Ive been wanting to adopt a cat for months and I came in to look to get a cat and the staff was completely rude to me. I will never come back here. Whats sad is these cats could of came home to a good home but because of how I was treated I will go to the local humane society or petco for now on. You lost my business.

Ive been taking my German Shepherd there to be groomed and the grommer are amazing! Everyone is very nice and answer all of my questions the best they could and believe me I love questions. Shelia is always excited when we go and happy as can be in the wonderful hands of the gromming department. The deals are also very awesome!

I have only had my pet there one time to have his nails clipped and filed but I am planning to bring him back to have him groomed I was very please with the people that were there and greeted us. I would like to make my appointment via Internet but so far have not found any way to do that is there one?

One lady was very knlowedgable about bearded dragons. She acted like we were a little dumb, because we didnt know that much about our bearded dragon. And, the lady at the register rolled her eyes at my mom and I. Very annoyed, had to bite my tongue. Not coming back.
