Some very nice person at my sisters apartment complex thought it would be fun to bust out my passenger side front of my almost brand new truck. After making a few phone calls looking to get the glass replaced, I wondered what I should do.. Insurance deductible = $495 = complete fix. Dealership replacement = $320 glass + $190 to install it + $$ tint Auto glass place = $250 + tax aftermarket glass with no tint included installation. Then I called a number off Craigslist that gave me the salvage yards number. They had the glass I needed on a truck that had been wrecked. They gave me some Mexican ice cream while I waited. Finally they pulled it.. They did scratch the tint when they pulled it but they took $50 off and said when they get another window they will swap the glass for Tinted. Factory glass.. Perfect fit.. Self installed.. (Took all day but I didnt know what I was doing) = $100 cash. Saved $400. Minus one star for scratching the tint. Had to pull off the tint.

I called not too long ago and some guy that sounded half asleep picked up. I asked if they sold trim for my car, he said no. Ok. So I asked if they sold the front signal light. Dude lets out a long sigh like its not his job to know what parts they have in stock. Thats not the worst part. He goes silent. I wait thinking hes looking for the part, I say "hello" to see if hes still there. Get hung up on. You suck Airline Used Auto Parts.

I searched the entire country to find a passenger-side mirror which got damaged on our car, and found it at Airline Used Auto Parts. They handled everything over the phone and through email, and shipped the part to me. I received the part today, and it was packed well and in perfect condition. called the store looking for wheel.they confirmed having one .drove an hour in the rain and traffic to get to this dump.when i got there they showed me the wheel on the wrecked vehicle ...it was struck on the wheel and the wheel was torn up..no im sorry ..no appology ..just too bad...dont count on parts and service if you choose AIRLINE AUTO PARTS

I buy parts online weekly. The packaging was the best I have seen. Shrink wrap over the part so it did not get scratched, and extra bubble wrap so it did not get damaged. The Price was reasonable, and Kennedy was easy to deal with. No worries purchasing your recycled parts at Airline.
