Absolutely, hands down, the best tire place around. The staff are always friendly, smiling and accommodating. Theyll help you get the best tire for your budget and never make you feel pressured to buy fancy upgrades. You can even get a used tire put on as a temporary fix if they have a decent one available in your size. I always get the tire replacement option. Im on my 4th set of tires from here and Ive use the tire replacement/repair option 5 times. 4 of those were replacements because they couldnt be fixed and one was repaired with a plug. Getting the tire repaired or replaced is a simple, painless process. Thats $400+ in replacements/repairs for about $200 in warranty cost. Ive been to other Discount Tires and they are all good, but this particular one is exceptional. Just look at the other reviews and youll see the same great reviews from customer after customer.

Made appointment for four new tires to be installed. Was told I would be in and out in no more than one hour. Though they started on my truck 15 minutes late, they quickly mounted and balanced the tires, and mounted one of my old tires on the full-size spare wheel and returned it to its storage place under the bed of the truck. No extra charge either. They completed the job and I was on my way in an hour, as promised. My only niggles: they charge for road hazard warranty, and you cannot opt out. Also, they did not have 4 tires at the closer location to me. Tire price for Goodyear Wrangler Radials (all season tire) was very competitive. Includes free rotate and balance every 5000 miles, and I can go to any location for that service. Employees were friendly and still business-like. This was my first experience with this company, but will not be my last.

Arrived today to have the periodic balance and rotation done. Advised the service writer there was a nail in the passenger side front tire and made it VERY clear I didnt want tire dressing applied to the tires. While observing the tech perform the service, asked him about the tire repair. He had no knowledge of the nail in tire issue. While I was discussing this another tech began applying tire dressing. Apparently there is a lack of communication between the service writers and the techs. They took care of the nail issue and apologized for applying the tire dressing. Just disappointed that what has always been a positive experience was not so positive today.

Everyone hates buying new tires. Feels like throwing money out the window. At least you wont throw too much away here. Best price I could find, friendly service, very helpful. Was pretty crowded when I went but they were up front on wait time and were very close on time estimate. Watched a lady come in with a small child who obviously just changed a flat tire on her vehicle. They had someone help her right away. Literally ran out, got tire, repaired it and put it back on for her. Considering it was crowded she could have expected an hour + wait. Id say she was a little shocked but happy, out in 20 minutes. Thats a + one from me.

I went in today to have a tire repaired, and WOW! They literally greeted me at the door and took care of me quickly and curteously. While waiting for the work to be completed, I sat and listened to no less than 4 customers in a row being handed their keys and exclaiming how great the service was as they walked out the door. They did a great job, and the waiting time was really quick. I mentioned that I was in a bit of a hurry to pick up my son from school and they managed to get me out the door in a remarkably short time. I am now a raving fan of Discount Tire Murfreesboro!

I recently had a flat tire on my vehicle. Never used Discount Tire before, they were close to my residence, so I gave them a try. Unfortunately, my tire was not fixable, so I bought a used tire from them. It had a lot of road-noise, and seemed to have a flat spot on it. Took it back, and they actually gave me a brand new tire, no charge. Thats the kind of customer service I feel needs to be spoken about. Ill go there for my tire needs from here on out!

I had to replace all 4 tires on my car yesterday. We walk in and are greeted and helped immediately. They had the best prices on tires. Sit at the window and watched the great team work of this place to get my tires replaced quickly, professionaly, and with care. As I sit I listened to workers answer the phones and deal with other customers - They were great to everyone they talked to. Will never go anywhere else.

I came in the store last weekend and I did not get greeted by anyone. I didnt get a "we will be with you shortly sir". Even when I got ready to leave after 5 mins. I still didnt get a "sir was there something we could help you with". I left the store calmly and told my wife I guess I will spend my money elsewhere.

I started buying the tires for my cars here back in 2009. Their prices are fair, they get the tires balanced and mounted in a reasonable amount of time, and the one and only time that I had an issue with a tire, they replaced it without any hassles. I cant ask for anything more in a tire place.

These guys are great. Professional service, new facilities, waiting area with complimentary water, and coffee. Best prices, and warranties. Ive exclusively bought tires here for all of my vehicles since the first time I walked in. They dont try to sell you what you dont need.
