If I could give it a zero I would, very upset that I bought a target throw blanket from there for $13 that looked like it had never been opened, packaging perfect condition and everything. Just now opened it and theres at least 3,4 BIG holes in it!! Called store and they told me theres no return or refunds. I told them Im aware of that but in the case that its trash when you buy something they cant return my money? I said so next time in the store (if I go back) Ill open up the pretty packaging in the store, he said sure just at the cashier. Well, I wish I had known that. I spent $13 for TRASH. Ill be going to bargain hunt from now on. I copied and pasted another of the same experience, just to see the pattern. I used to love shopping at this store but after my recent experience I will never shop there again and I will make sure anyone and everyone who I can tell will do the same. I have about 10,000 people within my reach through social media platforms and they will all hear about this horrible scam of a business. First and foremost I completely understand what kind of store this place is, but at the same time a business should have some integrity in their business practices and care for their paying customers - Dirt Cheap does not. We recently purchased a leather couch from them for $340, which is almost a weeks worth of pay for my husband. I am a stay at home mom of a 1 year old. Obviously we would not be shopping at this store if we had a lot of money at our disposal. While in the store we had an employee help us "check" the couch to make sure it was not faulty. He had us plug it in (it has electric foot rests) and also inspect the couch itself for any defects - according to him and what we could visibly see at the time, there was nothing wrong with it. After only having this item home for about 2 weeks we have noticed that hidden under the foot rest the wood is actually coming apart at the seams and this couch is going to fall apart at any moment. I couldnt believe it when I saw it. I called and very respectfully explained this situation to a manager who basically told me too bad, and couldnt even pretend like she at least felt bad for the situation, no apology, nothing. I told her this was an absolute scam, which it is. I cant believe any business owner could peacefully sleep at night knowing they are scamming their customers out of hundreds of dollars when they obviously dont have much to begin with. I have never felt so slighted or betrayed by a business. This is coming from someone who never writes reviews on places or complains about anything. I feel disgusted that I have given this company so much of my money over time and I will never EVER shop there again, I urge others not to as well. The people running this business are con artists praying on the less fortunate, it does not get any worse than that. I would give them zero stars if possible. Buyers beware!!

I agree with the other person that said if I could rate it a 0 I would. Im sitting in the parking lot of this place and honestly am very disappointed especially after driving 30min to get here. They had used clothes for 8$ and up I mean stuff u can get for a couple bucks at goodwill. They had items u could get a Walmart for half the price and new. She hey had dollar tree items for 6-8$. This place is honestly a joke.

There are nice things to buy at Dirt Cheap.Mostly everything in that store is disorganized.I shopped there on 2/8 and uncovered what i would call a" Dirt Cheap" item.Which was a mirrored glass jewelry box. As well as a gold mirrored necklace holder.Both items retailed at $24.99 a piece but were 50% off.Both items were worth buying.

So its not in a great neighborhood and its not the prettiest place around, but I love it! Ive been able to find things for my family for a fraction of the cost. Clothes, diapers, cleaning supplies, shoes... Its hit or miss but if youre willing to look it pays off.

Amazing!!!! I absolutely love this place! Its like shopping for free the prices are so low! Normally products are damaged but nothing is destroyed to not be fixable. The cashiers even get excited with you over the bargains!

Most stuff is broken and the prices are not a discount off of the original item. Sometimes the products sold are more expensive then the original place. There clothing is good though kinda like a goodwill.

My wife bought some bluetooth headphones and one side doesnt work. Not really surprising but they have an "all sales are final" policy, so nothing can be returned. Not going to shop here again.

Some of the stuff is broken and they are trying to sell it. As far as price they are pretty cheap and every one is very nice that works there
