I only gave this store one star because I had to in order to leave a review. Ive never left a review before but feel compelled to leave this one! My mother who was shopping for quite some time in there needed to sit down. A nice associate got her a chair. mom has a bad knee. Another associate had a problem with my mom because she opened and consumed part of a small bag of chips and pop before paying for it. my mom, who also lost my dad almost a year to the day had already cried a little at the store, missing him when she seen something that reminded her of him. The woman represented herself as an asst mgr and asked her when she was leaving....in other words she asked her to leave. mom checked out paying cash (chips and pop included) and proceeded to leave. The rude associate, whom weve since found out is NOT any kind of mgr at all "helped" her to the car with her items. My mom spent a good amount of money (roughly $200) there and that apparently changed the associates attitude toward my mother. The associate proceeded with a LAME apology, "Im sorry, but most people get what they want and dont stay long". Mom is 72 by the way. I work nights and was finally able to speak to the GM of the store today. He was every bit presumptuous and rude as the associate. He accused me of dwelling on the incident ... nit picking...and yelling... I explained I only called with the intent to hear the other side (as if any rudeness was acceptable at all). I said fine, what is ur name? I will speak with your boss then. The convo became a little less negative at that point but still far from professional on his part. He stated that he watched video and listened to audio (apparently it has audio...oh come on!!) and there were red flags everywhere... he mentioned meandering through the store as a red flag. I told him that is called shopping!!! and Im sure dollar general does not mind getting my mothers money. The whole situation is ridiculous. Whatever happened to treating the elderly with respect??? Customer is always right??? not to mention smiling, "can I help you?", have a nice day, and last but not least "come back soon"....ZERO empathy...NADA compassion....this store stinks to hell and back.

I miss this Dollar General since I have moved from there the ones here unorganized nothing stocked your store is always stocked nice and friendly employees here in Noblesville and Cicero there rude and I was in there today and there employee jerked money out of my hand and I turned around and done it back there to here they flirt with other womens husbands too mine is one of them so disrespectful they dont even care if I am there or not there rude too me. But back there its not like that I wish I was home. You have an A rating with me :)

This location / company is TERRIBLE. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Their customer service is the worst. Secondly, their prices arent even a good deal. If you want somewhere that wont treat you terrible , go on down the street cause you wont find it here.

Standard Dollar General fare. Store is generally clean and aisle free of yet-to-be or overstocked merchandise. It is easy to shop at this location without the hustle and bustle of the big chain stores just across the street.

Small store, their is an older cashier with short grey hair that was rude to my kid and they dont carry potatoe mashers and clearence items are only cents from the original price
