Absolutely horrible customer service and a complete rip off! I live in California and I was sending an early Mothers Day gift to my mom back home and I paid $66 for a mostly leaf filled bouquet. I ordered flowers through a 3rd party Avas Flowers and for 3 days I exchanged calls and emails with Avas Flowers about an arrangement that barely had any flowers. After getting nowhere and speaking to 5 different people I asked for the Florists direct number and they refused to give me the Florists direct information. I obtained it from the card on my Mothers very cheap arrangement and called Kathy Wilhelmy Flowers directly. Upon speaking to the person and explaining how disappointed I was with the arrangement, the lady told me that there was nothing she could do and that I needed to take it up with Avas Flowers. She also acknowledged that Avas Flowers scam people and takes a majority of the money before passing the order to them; she then preceded to tell me that I needed to take it up with them. I asked if the lady at Kathy s if were ok being in business with a company that scams people... She said sorry that there was nothing they could do. I was trying to support a small local business... I will NEVER do that again. You are what gives small businesses a bad name. Pro Flowers, has my continued business; customer service and quality is obviously not something everyone upholds.
