If I could give zero stars I would-- I ordered an arrangement with 1-800-Flowers who contracted with Columbia Florist to design and deliver the arrangement. Not only were the wrong flowers delivered, but I could have put together a prettier arrangement myself from Walmart flowers for a quarter of the cost. I called 1-800-Flowers to let them know the flowers delivered werent what I ordered and they credited the purchase and were very apologetic for the error. Then, the next day, Columbia Florist called the recipient at work and told her the flowers had to returned and let her know theyd be stopping by to claim them. When the recipient, unaware that there was even an issue with the flowers, called me, I immediately placed a call to the florist. They admitted that they had made an error and delivered the wrong flowers, but were persistent that they had to claim them-- 2 day old flowers that were sent as a gift to someone. I explained to Columbia Florist that they should have called me, not the recipient and that it was in really bad taste that they handled things the way they did. The florist was rude, spoke over me, raised her voice and still insisted that she needed the flowers back or I had to pay another $49.99 plus a $10.00 delivery fee in order for the recipient to keep them. Seeing as how I did business with 1-800-Flowers, not the florist directly, I feel thats an issue the florist should have directed to 1-800-Flowers. Reaching out to a recipient is unacceptable and bad business. Im incredibly unhappy with Columbia Flowers and although I didnt do direct business with them, I definitely wont do business with them in the future.

On July 30th a Saturday I believe it was ...I was surprised with a beautiful white wicker basket of spring mix flowers from my daughter. I was visiting my dad in West Lake , Ohio that weekend with my boyfriend. My dad was in on this surprise and when we came back to his condo he saw flowers on his front porch table. He acted surprised they were there. I said oh must be from one of your neighbors. He say no says Deborah Jacob. I read the card it came with and began to cover my face and cry. Hi Mom, sorry to hear about your stressful car accidents! I wanted to send you something to cheer you up :) Stay positive and soon good things will happen that cancel these experiences out. Hope you like the flowers! Jenny. I loved the flowers and thankful my dad helped my daughter pick just the right florist. Thank you very much! I took my flowers in our rent a car to another state and placed them in my home. I took many pictures and called my daughter to thank her. My dad reminded me what a caring daughter I have for thinking of me in such a sweet way. :) Nobody has ever sent me flowers before I was touched.

I wish I could give zero stars! I had ordered a large bouquet for my mom through 1800flowers. Order was fulfilled by Columbia and was to be delivered on the 10th. 4pm on the 10th a half frozen brown bouquet was delivered and accepted by a front desk person. When my mom saw them, Columbia was immediately made aware that the flowers were not acceptable. She was told no problem a replacement would be sent by Thursday the 16th. No flowers came today and when my mom called she was told "oh she was on the list to call" and that a replacement could not be made until who knows when and that my mom WOULD NEED TO BRING BACK THE VASE herself. Are you kidding me?? Stay far away from this rude Florist!
