Waited over 2 weeks to make an appointment. Get there and hear the staff b****ing about another employee. Stood at the counter for 3 mins while they continued their conversation. The heavy lady finally turns around sighs and says "How can I help you" I inform her we have an appt and she tells us to "go sit at that table". We go and sit at the table as they resume their b**** fest. Finally after waiting until 10 mins after our appointment was supposed to start we just left. I understand when something comes up, but when I make an appt and then am spoken to like an inconvenience and am then ignored so you can resume your completely unprofessional conversation- that is not acceptable.

ArKay has recently remodeled their store, Im not sure when I hadnt been there in a while, but they have a gift store now and it is beautiful!! They have a wide variety of classy gifts for different times of the year that arent expensive and actually a lot of the items would go great in a bouquet or arrangement. Fabulous job you guys!!

I needed a nice flower arrangement for my daughter who was turning 9. Jackie helped me pick out a beautiful Heart vase with a little puppy stuffed animal, and made a gorgeous arrangement with a Happy Birthday Balloon. You know its a great job when a 9 year old says theyre beautiful. Thanks for an awesome gift
