If 0 stars were an option I would have chosen that. I took my nokialumia 1520 to get repaired here and the price they gave me was too good to be true, literally. After dropping my phone off the first time I was online and found photos of my phone on their instagram and website saying they now repair my phone type... cheep price for my screen repair in exchange for advertising my phone, ok so long as it works right? NOT EVEN CLOSE picked up my phone the first time; the screen was fuzzy, kept going in and out, and the seal was clear so you could see light through the case, not usable drove back dropped it off. they said it was the actual screen part and that none of the ones they had at the shop were working would need to order a new screen could take 3 days. TRY A WEEK AND A HALF picked it up the second time the speaker didnt work could not call anyone because you couldnt hear anything there was no working speaker in my phone they said it would take another 2 days to order a speaker for my phone because they had broken mine during installation. got my phone back again and it worked finally!... FOR A MONTH now the screen has stopped working again (for no reason!!! still looks beautiful >= / this seems like one big rude joke) I have now given up and started saving to just buy a new phone. Waist of my money! Waist of my gas! Waist of my time!!!!

THEY ARE A SCAM ... THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE .. IM A BUSINESS OWNER I WENT IN THERE TO GET SCREEN FIXED ON ONE OF OUR PHONES AT THE ARLINGTON LOCATION . WHILE I WAS THERE ANOTHER GUY CAME IN FOR THE SAME THING I WAITED THE HOUR AND A HALF IT TOOK TO REPLACE WHICH WAS FINE . BUT THE GUY COMES OUT AND SAYS ITS FIXED I TRY IT OUT IT SEEMED OK EXCEPT THE TEXT WAS NOT WORKING GOOD IT WOULDNT PICK UP WHEN PRESSING IT . THE GUY SAID DONT WORRY IT JUST NEEDS TO SET TO YOUR SENSITIVITY SENSOR . I LEFT WENT HOME SAME PROBLEM . NEXT MORNING WENT IN THEY SAID THEY CANT HELP ME AND WONT FIX IT I WENT TO ANOTHER PLACE TO GET ANOTHER NEW SCREEN THEY SAID THE LAST GUYS "SMART PHONE REPAIRZ" USED A OLD USED SCREEN AND RIPPED ME OFF !! IT COST ME 275.00 I WENT BACK THERE TO GET MY MONEY BACK THEY REFUSED ... WHEN I WAS THERE THE GUY THAT GOT HIS PHONE REPAIRED THAT NIGHT WAS BACK WITH HIS WIFE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME THING ... THEY KEEP A BASEBALL BAT BEHIND THE COUNTER OBVIOUSLY WHEN THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF THEY NEED IT .. WE DISPUTED THE CHARGE ON THE CARD AND CALLED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ALSO WE ARE GOING TO STATE ABOUT THEM TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT .. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS ..

Horrible customer service! After they fixed the iPhone screen, the Touch ID stopped working. I called Sammy, the manager, and he was extremely rude. He questioned me and the functionality of the phone. I was told it is my responsibility to make sure all parts of the phone work before I left the store; as a service provider they should have known that the iPhone 5s has issues with Touch ID after the screen is replaced. To fix the issue, I told Sammy I would come to the store to discuss the issue because he said he would be there until 8PM but when I arrived at 6:15PM he was not there. At the store, when I asked the technician how long it would take, he told me an hour (even though there was only 1 person ahead of me) and told me I could come back another time or not come back at all if I did not want to wait. Even after I waited, they did not resolve the issue and refused to give me a refund. Everyone at this establishment was very impolite and they did not care about customer satisfaction. I will not be going here again!

The worst experience I have ever had. I went to get my phone fixed. Everything was fine until 2 weeks later, the phone starts showing defective symptoms. It would type and push randomly, etc. There was little dots on the screen. I bring it back and asked for a replacement screen because I was still under 30 day warranty. They tell me that the only screen they had left for my phone was a defective one and they should get more soon. I call several times and its always the usual "oh, were getting more in," or "we have one or two left but we cant promise to hold that screen for you." Which is bull in my opinion, especially if I paid for the service and they gave me something defective. I demanded to speak with the manager and he said he would call me back and I never received an answer. I probably visited the store a total of 3 times and 10 phone calls before I could get a working screen. Never going here again!!!!

I have been going to Smart Phone Repairz for years. So far I have not encountered any problems when it comes to the staff or their services. They are always friendly to my husband and I. The turn around time is wonderful. Quick and easy. We now live out of state and I wait until we come to Texas or in one case drove to Texas specifically to get my husbands phone repaired. When I find quality work or good service I stick with it and recommend them to others OR warn others. I really wish they had a frequent customer discount or had coupons for their returning customers. Something to think about guys in case yall havent already! Thank yall so much! I gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement no matter who you are.

DO NOT GO HERE. went to fix my iphime 6, only had a cracked screen on a wednesday, by saturday my phone stopped working. I went back to let them know they did something wrong while fixing it, they ended up not being able to help me. Came up with a sorry excuse about having a small scratch on the side (which made no sense since they fixed it and i def did not drop my phone) gave me the managers number and i have to figure out when to call because the workers do not even know. basically just go to apple or a legit cell phone repair shop and get quality work done. It is not worth it going here for them to ruin your phone in the end.

I came to get my screen repaired 2 and a half months ago and the screen started coming off after 2 months. The phone stopped responding well without pushing on the screen and eventually it cracked at the top. I called to have them fix it and was told that once it was cracked, I had to pay for it again, even if it was their bad product that was coming off in the first place. They are nice people, but their screens are just plain garbage. Its the cheapest place around so I get the appeal, but I promise you theres a reason why their prices are so low. Dont waste your money here.

It took them two and half week to do diagnostic check and get back to me about the battery problem. When I went there to find out the problem and cost, I saw my phone in a horrible shape. I turn in my phone looking close to new physically. Smart phone repair broke my screen and there were scratch all over. They wanted to charge me for the battery and screen (which they broke). They did not take responsibility and wanted me to pay for their mistake. I did not have any option but to walk out from there.
