A few months after getting my Fios Cable/Internet service I had a problem with the wireless router. It was actually a problem with the outdoor box at my home but instead of sending a repairman first, Verizon mailed a brand new wireless router to me and demanded I return the old one. I dropped it off at the Denton store and they assured me everything was taken care of. Months later I started getting bills for the new router (the first ones "free") and I had to pay it to keep service. They assured me "everything would work itself out" and once they received my wireless router (supposedly mailed in from the Denton location) I would get credited back the money. 6 months passed and I called and called, and after several reassurances, I was told they never received it and I should have made copies of my receipt. Otherwise, they did not help me, I was never reimbursed, and the Denton location was proven to be dishonest, untrained, and ineptly unhelpful. FIOS service is great but BEWARE when you have technical problems or leave their service!

I was given tablets as a monthly promotion. When I asked if I could have the tablets with the $10 a month fee waived, the salesman very enthusiastically said yes! It turns out they gave us a two year contract per tablet, and only turned off the data for 3 months. When they turned it back on, all the sudden our contract was extended for an additional 3 months. I walked in today to let them know I was lied to, and all they could tell me was that my story was all speculation, and they didnt know the salesman that sold me the tablets. Now, were paying $50 extra a month for something we were promised we wouldnt have to pay for. Now, as we call customer service, they direct us to the store manager, who in turn, directs us to customer service. I will not be renewing my contract with this group of liars and thieves. I even told that to them, and they responded with, "I understand".

I have a set top box that I need to return. I called to make sure I was going to be taking it to the correct store. No one answered, then it went to voicemail... THAT WAS FULL. How can a phone company not check their messages? How can a phone company not clear its voicemail? This tells me their customer service must be awful. Verizon: You are the WORST! If you werent the monopoly for phone/internet/cable in my town Id leave you in a heartbeat.

Sold a tablet that is a piece of junk then within our 14 day window we were told we needed to pay a restock fee of $35. I would rather throw the tablet out in the road and let cars run it over than pay the stupid fee. Why am I having to pay the fee?? When we asked to see the manager, we were told the fee can not be waved. After we were persistent they ended up waving the fee. Why was that necessary?

Went in to switch my phone and the man who helped me explained everything well as well as let me try out the new wireless charger before deciding to buy it. I interacted with about 3 different people during my short visit and they all were very polite. Not sure where the poor customer service that everyone was reviewing was....very nice employees that helped me.

Alfredo helped set up a business account and made the purchase of 3 phones and accessories easy. Found me the best plan to fit my needs and is always there if I have a question! Alfredo recently contacted me regarding a promotion that would save me over $40 a month. Also got me a new phone (was insured) shipped to me overnight and it all took about 5 minutes!

The service here is bad. I tried to call twice to get an answer. Instead they picked up the phone and set it to the side to where I could hear the conversation between a customer and a staff member. They never returned to the phone and I ended up hanging up. The customer service for the company also sucks.

The WORST customer experience I have experienced in any kind of store, EVER. I cant believe how unhelpful and disrespectful they were to me. I will spend the extra money to drive to the town over and go to their Verizon store. Unbelievable.

I switched to Verizon from ATT and the guy that helped me was awesome. He was patient with me and explained everything in detail. I even got a text the next day from the manager asking if my experience went well and if I needed anything.

This is my second back here trying to get a new phone. There are many employees and someone "checked me in" but they arent helping me- just standing around. It doesnt make any sense they way the customer service works. Its terrible
