If I could have given this store zero stars I would have. Just went here this morning with my girlfriend to pick up a blackberry for her as the other store had none in stock. First we walk in and no one really pays attention to us. Once we state our business, they respond pretty unenthusiastically and got the phone and took their time doing their thing. One girl in there was filing her nails and smacking gum, the other guy was distracted by his own phone, and the other girl was very uptight and disjointed from anyones concerns other than flirting with her fellow employees. After ten minutes we finally are able to pay for the phone and get away from the rude employees, but their stupidity doesnt stop there. After getting home and giving her phone a little mess-around, she discovers she cannot use any app on her phone. After hours of frustrating searching and struggling, we finally call the store on University(the good one) and ask what the problem is. Turns out the morons forgot to switch her over to a Blackberry plan! Well, I think when you have a pretty simple job that implies only good customer service and clicking a mouse the right direction, you should competently know your job from the first week out. An absolute terrible experience and will never be visiting this store location ever again!

The store manager, who calls himself Tyler and is always conveniently out of business cards, is rude and does not care about customer service. This year and last year, I went in for a simple sim-card pickup. I had already spoken to T-Mobile customer support and was told, both times, that the account had a note not to charge me as a courtesy. Both times Tyler and his employees responded, "No! We dont do that. We have different rules at the store. They cant do that...," repeating the same lies over and over. I proceeded both times to plainly explain that the kind customer service rep. on the phone has notated my account, but all Tyler can see is $9.99. Seriously, this store manager and his employees do not care about customer service, loyalty, or common sense. Avoid this store at all costs! Do your business online, like most of us, which is probably why the quality of in-store service and employees is so lacking. This is my first Google review ever. I usually let poor customer service slide, but bullying, lying, and very bad attitudes will and should not be tolerated.

Horrible. I came in twice to talk to the sales people and the store manager. I told them it was urgent and needed help. Another T-mobile rep had lied to me about buying out my contract from my previous provider, and also lied by telling me students get a 20% discount. The manager shook my hand and told me he would call me back. He didnt. No one did. The employees are inconsiderate and tell you "we are really busy right now helping new people..." as if your service means nothing to them. I have since moved on. T-mobile is a horrible company, and they just got worse with AT&T purchasing them. Go with Virgin Mobile or some other reasonable carrier that is far cheaper. If you go with T-mobile, make sure you read carefully what is on the contract. They will promise you the world in discounts, but then you discover its all lies and waste hours taking to incompetent store reps and horrible customers service. Stay away.

This store REALLY sucks, the store manager was so pushy, trying to get us to buy products that we did not want or need and offering us deals so we would buy more products,instead of helping us do simple things like pay off a phone. They are not professional at all. the employees dont have any idea of what they are doing or have any information about the phones or your account when you ask them. They need more common sense and people that actually care about customer service. They also never explained anything to us about the mail in rebate. They were more focused on trying to sell us products that we did not want! HORRIBLE STORE. The T-Mobile Store on University Dr, Denton TX is SO MUCH BETTER!

The wait is unbelievably long. The people summer nice very nice and some are very self-absorbed that work there. I also think theyre rather racist. There was an intelligent black man next to me. We were both the only customers at the time. More people came in we waited I am white I was served he was not he waited 2 hours. I waited 45 minutes. The wait time anyway is ridiculous they are understaffed. T-Mobile needs to do something about this its a great company but the store sucks.

Every time Ive gone in there to pay my bill, Im put on their list... then other people come in mainly males... the females working there always service the men before me even if I arrived before them.. its aggravating because 9/10 they need tech support if account services which can take up to an hour.. and the just look over at me and smile knowing they bumped them ahead of me...its unprofessional and Im getting tired of it.

Went Knowing What Phone I Wanted 30 Mins. Before Closing And The Service Was Great For Purchasing The Device But During The Set Up The Sales Rep Kept Pushing Things On Me? Things Like Wireless Speakers And Screen Protector And Cases That She Was Saying Were On Sale And Insisting That I Needed Those Things And At One Point She Wanted Me To Look At The Latest iphone. Other Than The Really Pushy Rep I Had Service Was Alright.

I was unhappy when I switched from AT&T, customer service was there only at the beginning when they are selling you something, untill I got help from Santos! He is the reason I didnt switch back to AT&T and I added 2 more phones and lines, thank you Santos! So if you go to this store ask for Santos or wait for him, he is worth the wait!!

This is the best TMobil store in Denton by far. Jenna is the best. She helped with the price break down and made the process easy and fun. The best trained and experienced staff. And @roshithedog got a bandana.
