So apparently I signed a "secondary" contract through Diamond Wireless. I clearly rember asking if I was signing a contract, the sales guys said no. A fine of $200 has been applied. Just go through Verizon directly people, there sales people are much more honest. Avoid hidden fees, unless your actually going to completely ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

go to diamond wireless. every time i go, they get me taken care of. its the same as the bigger verizon stores but more personal service. they take the time with you where other stores can sometimes rush you and they even follow up with you a few days after you buy phones from them
