Bought a sim card for my phone that was ariving by mail. The phone i bought turned out to come with a sim card. No problem. I go back to return the sim card and the lady tells me she cant return it because its been activated. i never used the card once still in the plastic. i then tell her she must have sold me a used card. they say thats impossible and refuse to do the return. Dont use this metro they will lie to your face if it means saving a few bucks.
