I have had Samsung phones for 6 years. I know how to charge my phone. Every now and then the charge portal gives out because I do use my phone extensively for business. I took my phone in to have the charge portal repaired. They fixed it and charge me $70. Two days later the portal doesnt work, I take it in they tell me one of the pins is broken. They wont fix it without charging me another fee. In six years Ive had to have my portal fixed twice once by this guy and he tells me in two days I dont know how to charge my phone and I must have put the cord in wrong breaking the pin. Not acceptable, wont do business with them ever again, wont recommend them to anybody. I should have known better when he started off our conversations telling me about people who bring back their phones after he has repaired them and telling me it was their fault because they did something wrong. Sounded like he was setting me up for failure already. Shame on me. I would give him 0 Stars if it was possible but the system wont let me :-(

I was referred here by a friend because the price is very reasonable. Hes super nice and honest and extremely quick at finishing the process. Not only was I already pleased with my experience, but I had been having problems with my battery draining extremely fast with the intent of heading to AT&T right after without knowing they dont replace them. He ironically came out to me to show me how it had bubbled up. He gave me an awesome deal on that too and now its like I just bought a brand new phone! Id refer anyone here. :)

Cody is awesome @ D.C Cellphone Repair. Very honest and easy to communicate with. Instead of making me drive all the way to Redbird Mall to get my iPhone 6 repaired for a different price, he was kind enough to match the price. He only took about 10 to 15 mins to repair the glass, when other places take a minimum of 30min, or youre asked to leave it overnight. Very cozy atmosphere and clean place of buisness. Id definitely come back and refer him to others!

Omg. The fact that my phone was repaired while I waited was the least of my woes! The cozy CLEAN atmosphere allowed me to relax and indulge in my favorite tv show while I waited. The owner was so personal I sat right down before I even left to spread the good news. DC Cell Phone Repair is great! I hope I never need them again but for all of you.... BIG PROPS to DC Cellphone Repair.. i shopped around to get my screen fixed. Every other place, my part not avail in the store or had to be order. DC didnt have it in the store BUT got the part there within 30mins. and had my phone fixed in no time. Even MATCHED the price of the other guys. Rite ON! Preciate the service. Yall go checkem out.
