Got told I was buying a new note 7 that doesnt have recall last week. Only to wake up with an overheated phone thats cracked by the charger port. Told by Insurance and customer service to return to this store because the new ones were only released the day before i got my phone and they can replace it in store since Ive had it less then a week. Told by manager nothing could be done after driving 2 hours, and also told I had the new note but wasnt supposed to be sold it. Uh so they put me in danger with a phone that obviously has issues and while trying to get it taken care of by Att customer service and Insurance was told by manager that they dont make the descions for HIS store! Formal complaint made thank God for Att customer service. But to anyone that has replaced or Been sold this "new" note 7 ...same problems obviously are happening although the timeline of the new shipment and the day i got mine are way off as we were told the shipment of the new replacements had arrived 3 weeks before by this store and it was safe, yet they didnt even get released by Samsung until the day before i walked in I found that out today by Att customer service as well as insurance....stay away from this store and this phone!

Customer Service is awesome at this location. I was not a big fan due to some past experiences until I worked with Franklin the Manager. He went above and beyond and took care of everything from internet install to Uverse install to cell service as well. He spent over an hour and a half talking to the install and technicians to ensure that it got resolved the next day. He even took the time out of his day to call and follow up and make sure we were happy after the install was finished. I am thankful for everything and he really showed us that they care about their customers. He also stayed late one night over an hour to get all the confusion fixed from previous service members. This store goes above and beyond any other stores.True customer service here

My only complaint is that we had to wait about 40 minutes once arriving on a Sunday afternoon. Other than that, the staff was very helpful. Will assisted us with all of our questions and getting ours phone service reactivated after having it suspended. I had to walk back over about 20 minutes later because I realized I couldnt get internet. Papa assisted us almost immediately and got the problem corrected very quickly. We had brought our own phones in from overseas and my husbands phone worked with no additional fiddling, but I think my networks needed to be reset. I was out the door I no time. Thanks for being so friendly!

HORRIBLE experience!! Were lied about what our totals would be, still have statement on their letterhead in their handwriting. No one will honor. ATT says only store manager can fix, he has been unable to even get this straightened out. Christopher Harrison was the sales rep and everything he did was a lie. I cant even return the things we purchased due to the way they were rung up and there "being no record" This has been ongoing for 3 months with no end in sight. Go to a different location OR order online!!

The worst service ever. Unreliable and they dont care. They have my area monopolized and they could care less. I work from home and o have lost weeks of work since signing on last October. Currently at home now waiting on a repair man to show up. Does anyone have any clue the best way to file a complaint and,get compensated for time off and unreliable service? Im over it. Im about to lose my job, because I cant meet my quota. Sad but true. Thank you for listening!! Donna

Customer service was terrible all they are concerned about is their commission off their sales and where there going for drinks after work. If you dont plan on buying anything there dont waste your time. " Hints retail store duh " a quote from your oh so lovely anythings possible customer service AT&T representative Jordan. Grapevine AT&T SUCKS!!! What a waste of 3 hours.

These people have no idea what they are doing. Not even the people in customer service can fix the idiocy of the people that work here. Might as well have chimps help you. Extremely disappointed, especially now that I have to pay an extra $500 than what Russell told me. Do not go here.

The GM needs to take a serious look at the metrics of this store. 50% of the customers are sitting around waiting to make a purchase and becoming very disgruntled. Or maybe take a look at the reviews for any hint of a pattern. A few have left. Verizon is right across the street.

Good selection of equipment, friendly staff, and great location. However, this place is very busy and often the wait can be long. Recommend you use the app and schedule an appointment so you dont have to wait so long.

The waits are long, but the employees at this location are helpful. Ive avoided other AT&T stores in the past, but this one is helpful. Dont be surprised if you have to wait 30 minutes or more, though.
