If the website would allow it I wouldnt even rate them one star, neither a half star. Went in cash in hand excited to purchase a high quality phone with accessories as well as a full plan, but not at all what I received from Tony L.s company. From the beginning this store lack proper stock of mobile phones as well as assessories for the phones. Second customer service was very disappointing, I would caution anyone who comes to this establishment to not expect for the employees to inform you about features of a phone as well as to even move from the front counter. AND LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST. I purchased the last in stock ZTE GrandXMax2 fresh out the box the phone looked great and I purchased the nice wallet case for the extra fee of course, but looks are terribly deceiving. The phone speaker are terribly damaged and when placing calls the other party cannot hear me as well as calls dropping. Went back into the establishment to be told they dont have another one in stock, and the accessories I paid for cant be refunded even though they willing sold me a deffected product. Asked for the owner contact information and have no heard anything from him. Its been two days since I shopped at this establishment and regret ever second of it. Still waiting to hear from the employee on where to go from here as well as the owner who is MIA. Completely Unsatisfied With My Experience Here, Dont forget I cant just call it quits and get my refund back even though it says clearly you have 7 days from the purchase of the device.
