Purchased a refurbished transmission from them May 2015, And it went out in March 2017. Paperwork states 2 yr warranty. Called Laurie Weber to discuss them honoring their warranty and replacing the transmission. She now claims that it is a 24,000 mile/2yr warranty. No where on my receipt does it say 24,000 mile, only states 2 year. Auto shop tried to work with her and she and her supervisor could care less that they are crooks. They are refusing to honor their warranty. Absolutely fraudulent place. Seriously think twice before purchasing anything from them.

These people must Hate life.. Cashier was a 100% WITCH , Fork lift guy in bay 4 was a Grease Ball Goon that acted like we were a inconvenience to his precious time picking up a Transmission.. LKQ Viking is a good place to put You in a Bad Mood! They Sucked!!

These people must have ZERO interest in selling parts. Operator was rude, I kept getting getting shuffled from person to person. All I was trying to do was find out if they had my make model year on the lot. Not too tough of a question to answer!!
