I go to this Autozone all of the time because it is right down the road from my house. I called the store yesterday 9/16 just like I always do to see if they had the part I needed, when a lady answered she was very loud and I could not make out anything she said. When I asked her if there is such a thing as a Universal Oil Cap she acted like I was an idiot for asking the question but she didnt know herself. She put me on hold very unprofessional, and very abrupt slurred her words with something I think was "just minute" but Im not sure. I was on hold for a good 5 minutes because it rang back someone else picked up and put me back on hold without saying a word. When she finally came back on the line she said no there is no such thing as a universal oil cap. I was a little irritated and asked if they had one in stock for my car she huffed and said "you never gave me make and model" when I did I was in the middle of saying something and she immediately put me on hold without saying anything, she gets back on the phone and says loudly "WE DONT HAVE ANY" I had to ask if any of the other stores she said "way on Campbell and Chestnut, when i said thank you she slammed the phone down. I know we live in a society that is fast paced but when I am doing business with your company I expect and demand professionalism if Im going to spend my hard earned money in your establishment. Everyone that I have spoke to has all been male and have all been very professional its a shame that this lady may have cost you a good customer. Im not saying anything derogatory about gender except Im appalled and she really needs coached so she doesnt sound uneducated on the phone.

Great car parts for reasonable prices. Most of the service people are knowledgeable. Occasionally get a "Jethro", just do your research before getting your parts. They honor the lifetime warranties. Also loan some tools when u need them. May have to put a deposit on them. Also a good location on South side too....
