Terrible. This place has become a nightmare to purchase anything from. Not pleasant on phone calls. When you walk in you can almost feel the angst of the staff because they now have to serve a customer. I needed a hose end crimped, they have the machine, but no one knows how to use it? The only time I will ever use them is if I am in absolute need of a part I cannot find elsewhere. Even then I weigh my options of the internet and wait instead. Fail!

Great even though I didnt buy anything the man helped me.He showed me how my parts went together.Cant think of anywhere else with kind of service. In fact I was at the O r store and they werent helpful at all.
