Very Poor Delivery Service - I purchased a $1000 couch on 11/26. They charge $85 for delivery. I waited 9 days after purchase and still had not heard from the Delivery Company they use. I called Fred Meyer and only then did I hear from the Delivery Company. I picked a Delivery Time and Date with a 4 hour window. It was delivered 90 minutes (5.5 Hours). The Couch was defective. I called Fred Meyer and scheduled an exchange (this was the easiest part of the whole purchase process). Again the exchange was delivered 90 minutes late AND it was the wrong couch. This was figured out after the old couch had been removed from my apartment. I did not accept delivery of the wrong couch and had them move the broken sofa back in to my apartment. It is now two weeks after purchase and I still dont have a good couch. I feel I have received the worst Customer Service ever throughout this process. The managers take my calls but none of them take ownership of the problems. They have made several promises to call me back etc... and this never happens. I will not be buying anything that needs delivered from Fred Meyer again!

Sitting here in the parking lot waiting for my friend Jackie to get off the bus and in all the times Ive been here to do so never have I seen security drive around till today now at first gave the benefit of the doubt right till this guy makes a point every two mins yes Im counting to drive by my car now I can understand considering the area but every two mins Im not hurting anyone or even bothering anyone sittin waiting playing on my phone and this asshat makes it a point again every two minutes to drive by my car why not bug the drug dealers and tweakers 3rows away from and yet again not even finished writing this review and here he comes again I will and am calling the store manager now and complaining about this cause now Im feeling harassed

I very much appreciae Fred Meyers convenience, selection, and prices. However, the Casino Road store is a complete dump. While I admit the store is located in a lousy part of Everett, Fred Meyer seems determined to contribute to the shabbyness of the neighborhood by neglecting the upkeep of the store and the outside grounds/parking lot is littered with garbage and crap everywhere. The employees need to be been instructed to tell someone at the store they work at when they see errant Fred Meyer carts up and down the street, so that management knows and can instruct someone to be retrieve them. Fred Meyer should be ashamed of itself!

Went to pick out a nice bouquet for my late grandmother to put by her niche today. I waited 25 minutes after a page was made for Customer service in floral and still nobody came. The entire time your "door greeter", stood there and stared at me the entire time then would look away every time I looked at him. Strange thing too, he actually never greeted me. Hiring some real winners I see. I will not be shopping at this store any longer. Thanks for your quick and attentive service cause we have nothing else to do in our day but wait and wait.

This place is always dirty & run down with LITERALLY almost every shopping cart is broke down & malfunctioning barely able 2 work at all!!! Them theres the whole other issue of how ALMOST EVERY SINGLE employee there treats the customers who come in........ they also frequently have items out of stock at this particular store as well!! I would say 8× outta 10× youll find at least 1 thing on your shopping list is not there in stock.... its your choice on whether or not you want to come to a store like this.....!!!!

Its a good store, employees are usually kind and helpful. The check out lanes are rarely very long except on or around some holidays. This Fred Meyer is where I do most of the monthly shopping for my family as it is very family-friendly. We also get our medicine here as the pharmacy is usually quick plus I love getting a text telling me my scripts are ready for pick up. Lastly we use the gas station here as much as possible as we get our reward points and it makes shopping at Fred Meyer worth it.

Great prices on groceries and a huge selection of other items. This is definitely a one stop shop store they have everything from home electronics, shoes, clothes, and even an outdoor garden section Fred Meyers has almost anything you need. A Starbucks is also inside as well as a coinstar machine, and 2 redbox DVD rental kiosks. This particular store is where I do all of my grocery shopping since I moved to the area because of the great prices. They also have a gas station at this location.

5 Stars for customer service and selection. But gave them three because thier security is horrid! I see ppl shoplift left and right there and ppls cars get broken into alot! I go there with my kids and several of the employees there know us from how often we are there but for what ever reason the secuity ppl always follow me?!?! Not the teens with backpack, or the local crackhead but me the well dressed mom with kids whos doing all here shopping like clockwork!

Our #1 store, shop EVERYDAY. Mngmt is great, double check however your soda stream refills - got 2 in row empty. Also, ask 2 different people if they are going to do double or quad points on gift cards. Last one spent $300 on in Nov, double gas points, asked if going on deal soon -"oh no, no way" (literally). Bought, and 36 hours later, VOILA (NO WAY BECOMES ABSOLUTELY). LOST 600 POINTS: "we dont fix things after the fact"!!!!!

After visiting this store today, I can attest that this place is a dump inside. The floors are cracked and bumpy and look horrific. Every aisle has these beeping LCD surveillance screens like youre in some prison complex. I imagine its proximity to Casino Road factors in how run down Fred Meyer has let it become. They probably will squeeze all useful life out of this location and shut it down rather than invest to renovate. Sad!

Poor customer service in the video department tried to return non-working bose blue tooth speaker purchased 45 days prior. would not except the return it had been longer than 30 days. I recommend going to a store that stands by there product. also there theft prevention or whatever they are in this store are very menacing If you want to go shopping and be looked at as a shoplifter go here.

Normally I love Fred Meyer but this particular store was overwhelming and stressful. The aisles are very narrow so its difficult to navigate and the overall layout of the store is confusing compared to other Fred Meyers Ive been to. The customer service was great though! The store is quite a drive away from my house so I dont think Ill be going back.

Good stuff to buy here i love the variety but the service really is really bad they never smile at you even when you greet them and the bathrooms are always being occupied by the prostitutes have seen blood splatters on the walls in the toilet stalls they dont clean the stalls walls or doors its so unsanitary for anyone especially children.
