I have a POBox here so I get the joy of interacting with the surly, uninterested staff on a weekly basis. Whenever I have to make any request, the guy behind the counter looks unbelievably bothered that Im disturbing him to service me. I cant believe I pay for this...but the real kicker came when I called their office to hear their hours of operation to be told that theyre open until 6:30 on Thursdays, which is fine.... So it takes me 30minutes to drive 1mi!! across the I90 from Seattle, only to find out that they close at 6!! so I spend another 30minutes coming back on the 90, infuriated that I just wasted a good hour, and still didnt get my package. By god, change your answering machine so it indicates the correct hours of operation!! Youre a business! And get better management and better employees, Im paying for a product and a SERVICE! where is the service part!?

I went to mail some presents to my niece and nephew and walked in with them still in the shopping bag and the sales girl, without comment, just took the bag from me and went to the back and came back with them in a box. I asked her to open it again because I hadnt taken the price tags off yet, and she slit the tape and I saw that she had just thrown the stuff into a box, no padding, and my nephews new shirt was crumpled and covered with bits of debris. I shook out and refolded the shirt and asked for some padding and again she took the box in the back and I dont know what she did with it. I found her manner very rude and I hated the cavalier way she treated my family gifts. I wont be back.

I have consistently received great customer support from a helpful staff at the Mercer Island store. I call into the store to find out if I have mail. I get emailed that I have packages. The people here are helpful and friendly and I am a very happy customer and will continue to utilize the services here as long as I am still living on the Island.

Jacked up ripoff! Trying to ship a package, need a box, tape, shipping. Simple stuff. Five bucks for the box, ok, on the high side, but I get it; cost of convenience. Shipping? $54.95 for two day air. Were talking a one pound box from one metro area to another, continental US, $55. USPS? $10 Later, UPS store. Hello, USPS.

This UPS Store is okay. They are pretty slow; I usually take less than 15 minutes to deliver a package, but due to either being a newbie or some other factor, the man behind the counter took over half an hour to help me out. I would really not recommend coming here until they change up the employees!

I just needed a UPS box to put the small fabric pouch in. The owner or employee picked their own box, which was large enough to contain 20 pouches, and packed in the room without asking me. I felt really ripped off and her bad attitude ruined my evening.

Very slow and poor service with color print jobs. Their color printer is slow and not worth waiting for. Disappointed with their equipment not working and cant handle print jobs.
