Used to be a great store. Ever since the Albertsons/Tops/Safeway fiasco Kenmore Safeway bites. Many emploees were there for years, they knew you and you knew them. I dont remember the last time I saw an employee more than once. Well stocked shelves are no longer a priority. Theyre usually out of 3 of every 4 things Im looking for. Apparently theyre consistently short handed as theres never enough checkers. To make matters worse they shut down the self check outs at night. Its not unusual to waste 20 or 30 minutes waiting to check out. The liquor is locked up, so you push a button to get an employee with a key to retrieve your bottle. That can take another 20 or 30 minutes. This store is a couple blocks from home as well closest (by far) to home, yet I dont go there anymore. Its actually quicker to drive about 4 miles to the next store, and as a bonus, they have what I want.

Ive been calling to ask a simple question for 20 minutes. Customer service never answers the call--tried to reach it 5 times. Bakery does not answer, Meat department answered and then hung up on me. Meat department answered and after putting me on hold, the phone hung up again. This store is incompetent when it comes to answering customer questions by phone. Meat department said all they can do is put me on hold and call for customer service. Customer service simply does not answer. Such a simple thing of answering the phone and they havent found a way to do it.

There price per gallon is lower than average gas stations, and if you use your Safeway card when shopping you build up points which give you a discount on gas. I recently got a $1 dollar off per gallon!! The only downside to this particular station is the employees and customer service. Every time I have had to go in it has been a Terrible experience, I even left once.

Safeway deleted their pharmacy google listing due to my review so Im reposting here. This pharmacy is terrible - the main pharmacist is whiny, snarky and rude. This person actually snickered and laughed when discussing a medication with me, which is the most unprofessional thing Ive ever seen a pharmacist do. The rest of the staff are also rude, awkward, aloof, and incompetent. Avoid if you can.

the third time that i see people with just normal dogs walking in and let the dogs sniffing and even Licking on the food ( bread and cans etc..... a costumer asked the manager why theyre bringing normal dogs in and they said they cant do anything about it..... yeah...... dont you know that some people are afraid of dogs or the religious beliefs tells you that dogs are Unclean

Organization seems to be random. Very difficult to find what youre looking for. Often run out of basic items during peak times. Staff is friendly up front, but not exactly helpful finding items. Also be sure to check expiration dates on dairy items, theyre not the best at pulling expired items off the shelves. Long lines and not well staffed

What can I say? Its a chain supermarket with just about everything I need at competitive prices. I used to shop there more regularly when I could get better fuel discounts from buying gift cards at Safeway, but now I shop mostly at the Albertsons nearer my house (which now offers Safeway fuel discounts, too).

Always real. Customer service is solid. Convient location, good discounts on food, supplies and gas with club card. Open 24/7. They always open a new line if people are waiting. When the self check registers are open the person manning the area really is right there to get help from. Good neighbors.

Great place, great folks that work and shop there. Try their awesome Breakfast Burrito, made with what you want in it for only $2.99. leaving you money on your card to get your morning Starbucks to go with it! Creat WiFi in eating area where I bring my laptop using it as one of my virtual offices.

The checkout process is slow and the lines are long, even at self-checkout. Get your coupons and Safeway card and payment out before your order is started to help move it along! Its also a bit tricky getting in and out of here, the Bothell Way intersection gets pretty backed up.

Nice people but unfortunately Im always going there for produce and its usually either not present or goes bad quickly. We stopped buying strawberries there as theyre often half moldy at the store. Locals have been uproared by milk thats expired in the cold case as well.

1 courtesy clerk in all the lines that are open not a call to open the one line that isnt open or any backup for the cashiers. No difference between the express lane and the self-checkout so you have no idea if youre in the right lane or not

One of the larger Safeways in the area... they have everything... Deli, bakery, sushi, hot sandwiches, etc... They also have a fuel center. The queue to check out can be long... They need to have more cashiers at one given time.

None of your stores selling ocean spray 100% juice cran pom flavor for awhile but you have your knock off brand to replace its not the same its not 100% juice Ive been out- ragged about that for awhile how dare you should be ashamed

Very poor service after 9pm. Popular but way understaffed, with very long checkout lines usually 12 or more people in line an d staff demoralized by the poor management. Many customers just give up as the wait is hopeless.

Needed to charge my phone to get directions to pick up a friend, and there was a plugin out front I was able to use. This made it easier to find my destination. I am very pleased with this stores customer service..
