My wife and I were there on 9/28th to Trade-in old Iphone 4s for new iphone 6. We checked in, and waited about 30 min. The sales rep came and explained that, in order for Trade-in offer, we have to give up the old phone now and wait for the new iphone arrives which is about a month or 1 1/2 month wait. Other option they said was, we can have the old phone for 21 days maximum, then send it in. If new phone doesnt arrive by the time, then we be screwed. Seriously? I said it didnt make sense why AT&T would do that when other carrier like Verizon wouldnt do that. The sales rep response was, "We are not Verizon". In disbelief, I decided to check out other AT &T store in Seattle, and found out, we didnt have to give up the phone until new phone arrives. Not only that the wait time for the new phone is about 21 days. Well, I ordered the new phone 6 at AT&T Seattle today!!

No wireless service provider is perfect! (including this one) But, I have received some fabulous customer service at this location. Thomas Haupt (the manager) went WAY above and beyond to resolve an issue I was having. I had left Verizon because of HORRIBLE customer service. I got a good deal at this location for a Samsung S5 (right before the S6 was announced) that also came with a free samsung tablet. There were a few bumps in the road ahead. I didnt receive my tablet in the mail because it was never ordered and I "lost" my $100 credit for porting in my old tablet line because of some confusion with the customer service rep I called to activate the new tablet. I understand mistakes happen and its how you fix mistakes that shows a companies TRUE customer service. Thomas and his crew got everything fixed and even gave me a store credit which I really appreciated.

2 employees actually helping customers. 3 doing nothing at all while I waited, staring at them and the stupid screen with my name on it. Instead of helping me they just walked around staring blankly and chit-chatting with other employees that were actually helping customers. One employee just stands around with an ipad to take peoples names. Dumb system. Lazy employees. Had to walk out after a enduring this for quite a while.

I dropped by here to buy a GoPhone and refill my prepaid account. I was told I would be the next person in line. Waited for 45 minutes, during which several customers in the store were served, but the staff just retreated inside and did not come out again (perhaps it was their break time). I ended up leaving after waiting for an hour without being served.

Been customer with AT&T for 11 years been to this location few times had okay experience, wait time at this store can take 25 to 50 minutes depending on how many staff are on shift; really pathetic had to wait 20 minutes to return a phone case... better to drive to Tukwila location.

Our experience was great. Very helpful staff, clean store, and the products we wanted in stock. We went three times, each during a weekday in the mid morning. I have had bad experiences with AT&T stores in the past, but this one was an exception.

Been calling, and calling, and calling today, and I press 2 to be connected to a person, and I sit on hold for 3 minutes and 38 seconds, and then get disconnected! T-Mobile would not do that! Come on and answer your phone!
