The employees here are helpful and courteous. The management not so much. I talked to some of the employees and they all say the same thing, "management sucks!" I had a personal run in with 2 of the management staff my self. Johnathan and J.J. OK I sell realchange but Im not begging for money. J.J. said he called the cops on me when I wasnt breaking any laws. And Johnathan, well I have a great video I wish I could put on here to show what type of person he is. He is a cold hearted type of guy and I bet he doesnt have very many friends inside or outside of work. Hopefully you have a great shopping experience at this store. If you have a complaint and youre not in a suit and tie you will have nothing done about it

We appreciate being able to run over here and for the most part we can get what we need. But explain to me why when you have only one lane open, it is operated by someone on her first day, doing her best but still causing back up and anxiety for all concerned. And this while a manager is clearly having a social conversation. Come on! Wake up! We want to be your customers but can so easily go elsewhere.

Service is friendly, and helpful maybe a little understaffed (all of the staff seem to be really busy everytime I go there) The Grocery store is on the small side, cramped, with a weird layout. It seems at first that it is dirty and poorly maintained, but if you look close it is actually clean. It is just old and showing its age. The store is in need of a remodel/update.

I go there in a pinch because its close, but as a market, it mostly sucks. They, and our local Thriftway (or whatever its called) better hope that someone like Metropolitan doesnt come to the neighborhood. Im guessing they already lose business to Fred Meyer, Trader Joe, and Whole Foods.

They are the best. So helpful if youre looking for something and its not there they order it for you and when he stopped by the bakery and Deli they always give the kids a cookie! I go out of my way to make sure to go to this store
