I wish I didnt have to write this review. Ive been an extremely loyal customer since the day this store opened. No exaggeration; Im at this store 3-6 times a week, spending anywhere from $40-$100+ in one visit. I love to cook, I love good food, and my family loves to eat. Lately Ive noticed the quality in service has gone downhill. Often there are not enough check stands open, and the wait is longer than it used to be. Ive never cared much for the prepared foods, so I typically avoid them. The sushi, which used to be consistently good (not great, but good) is no longer acceptable (mushy, tasteless, not fresh). Yesterday I splurged and bought king crab legs to serve with dinner. As soon as I opened the butcher paper I got a strong smell of ammonia. I cracked one leg, and the meat was yellow and filmy. Disgusting. Having worked in many restaurants, I know that sometimes mistakes happen. I returned the crab this morning, and decided to grab the ingredients for tonights ceviche. As soon as I opened the package of halibut I had purchased, I knew it was off. Even my 14-year-old son, who will typically eat anything and doesnt notice offensive odors of ANY kind said, "wow, that smells terrible." I chopped it, none-the-less, and immersed it in lime juice, and left if to chill for 5 hours. The smell was STILL off, and finally, I taste tested a tiny piece- not good. Asked my husband to smell it, and of course he wanted to taste it himself- definitely bad. I spoke to the manager this evening, and while she was kind, she did basically refute my experience. She said she had checked with the seafood department, personally inspected the halibut and crab and determined everything was fresh, so she was "really confused" about what had happened.

I didnt like this particular WF when I was here a year and a half ago, but I thought I would give it another chance. Went in for my vitamins. After walking around the department for at least 10 minutes the one and only employee in that section finally asked if I needed help. I told her some of what I needed and she showed me where it would be IF they had it. Turned out they didnt have ANY of the items I normally buy at WF (in NV.) After showing me an item on each side of a particular aisle the employee says to me - "are there any more that are just over here so we dont have to walk back and forth?" I told her I had no idea as thats why I was asking her because I dont know where products are!! First of all this WF doesnt have the products I need. Second, this employee was dismissive, unhelpful, and quite rude. I normally never write reviews, but this experience required one unfortunately. I will NEVER return to this store.

Bad customer service. Sometimes products are past their due date. Now the second time. Last night, I shopped at this Wholefoods. I found one of the items had a wrong price, after I checked my receipt. I went back to the isle and took the price tag to the counter. I was told to wait at the end of the queue. The price was adjusted. I got no apology, and wasted quite some time waiting for my turn to correct the mistake. Some stores will either give this item for free, or at least correct their errors at the highest priority. A couple of months ago, I bought some organic vitamin. When I got home, I found that its past expiration date for over a month. I then went to the store to return them. I got a verbal apology then at least.

I never knew one store could hold so much heathy food. If you knew me; you would know Im not a big fan of eating heathy but I do understand the benefits of eating right. However, Whole Foods is a great store! I have been to about there different location and I love their customer service skills. Everyone is very friendly and are more than happy to help you. I love this location the most because of their on going great customer service. I have been here about 20 times to pick up items for lunch and every time there has always been great customer service. I highly recommend this location for all your heathy needs.

05/04/2016, 8:14PM Rachel was at the check out stand and she just threw in or dumped the fruits oranges, avocado, banana, grapes into the grocery bag. She did it so callously as though doing a chore for her mom!! While I was shopping two other lady clerks were having a heated argument and one of them used a 4 letter expletive and walked off. I got Traders Joe, New Seasons very often and once in a while to Whole Foods this is the second time I am surprised by your employee behavior. Traders Joe, New Seasons, the employees are superb and go the extra mile.

I have always been welcomed when coming to Whole Foods. I ask a question, I get a quick reply. Better yet, the guy in the produce section in the evening is super awesome and goes out of his way to make sure I get what I need. Some people may not get the service they want, everyone cant be perfect every time! Im just glad they provide the food I like to eat and its easy to find. Compared to other stores, I feel its more mature in a sense and people are more respectful. A++++++ for whole foods!

This store is set up better than other whole foods stores. The build your own burrito station fulfilled my chipotle desire. It was huge. I wanted one again the next day, but couldnt eat it while driving, so had a yummy tuna wrap instead. There is a great offering at the bakery/deli counters, as well as a comfort food to go bar, and an extensive salad bar. Prepackaged wraps, soup, salads, and fruit are available in the same area of the store. I also saw a bar and grill, and a fresh sushi counter.

They are nicely laid out, only downside is the ladies at the bakery just chit chat behind the counter when people are standing there waiting to be acknowledged... its their job to greet the customers and they dont... this has happened on several occasions... the rest of the staff is awesome and always helpful.. Id give 5 stars if suddenly the ladies in the bakery learned to be more like the rest of the staff there

This is such a great store! They have so many local items and delicious food. You have to check out the bakery department- sooo good. My favorite things about the store: Outdoor BBQ- my family of 4 ate for $12! Drinks, hotdogs and a side; not exactly whole paycheck. I have never had to wait in line at this store- so great. Im so glad we have a Whole Foods!

Generally overpriced, you can get some of the brands they carry from elsewhere for at least 20% less. Just to name a few: King Arthurs flour, Simply Orange, Organic Valley products all sell for much less anywhere else. You wont find it difficult to compare the prices of your favorite brands. I like their loose grains and seeds section, generally high quality.

I have always had the most wonderful customer service from this store. The people that work here are very willing to help and look like they are actually enjoying what they do. I tend to shop the sale items as much as possible and overall I find the cost very comparable with any other grocery chain but with far superior quality.
