Amazed! I questioned an item on a receipt of several days ago, not really expecting much, but was told they would review the videos with the information off the receit regarding time etc. I got a call back in just a few minutes. The item name on the receipt did not exactly match the item, so I did not recognize it, but was still correct. Very impressed with their response! I have been a Grocery Outlet customer for decades, and this solidifies it. Always fun shopping here seeing the assortmant of things I dont see other places, and at really great prices. Adventures in shopping.

The deals are sometimes better at Winco but sometimes they have amazing deals on things, you just have to know the usual price of what youre looking for. Occasionally youll find something great but the stock will change and they wont have it anymore. The store is always clean, in my experience, and the employees friendly. The plastic bags are pretty flimsy though, its best to bring your own.

I have been shopping at this Grocery Outlet for a number of years now. I have bought so many things there including orchids. groceries, home goods, cosmetics and brand name products. I have always been happy with the service, the selection and the guarantee that if not satisfied, I can bring back. Adrian, who is the manager, has become a wonderful compadre and I cannot praise him enough.

My wife and I have a small army of children. The snacks and school friendly food is sold here in large quantities for less money than elsewhere. Very good selection for the value.
