Well, ultimately this is a store that has a great Manager, and some really awesome staff, but the checkout stands are horrid. Most of the cashiers do not help anyone with disabilities. They think they are fake ID specialists, and then dont even ID someone when using their card. I watched this man and his daughter yesterday at the checkout stand. Obviously over 21, being hassled about not wanting to take his ID card out. He explained he was germaphobic and did not want them touching his ID card. Honestly I have always handed them my ID however, seeing this I went and talked to my legal advisors and they in fact told me, this was very illegal especially once the man stated his disability which in itself their forcing him to do that was illegal as well. Ultimately 2 young girls were hassling a man with an 7 or 8 year old child about being 21 and proving his ID was not fake... I could understand this if it was a young kid, but a grown man? Get your priorities straight and I might actually want to shop here again, after 5 years watching this I wont be back unless this gets fixed. That little girl was questioning why they were thinking her dad had fake ID and was lying to them. Thats just not right to do to anyone.

I am absolutely horrified by the delivery service they offer. And after speaking with their customer service manager Royletta I dont have faith in any of their service. Not only did they not let us know they were going to be eight hours late: they tried to drop the stuff off at 8:30 at night after we had cancelled the order. Never again

Always great produce and fresh meats, plus a nice seafood section. The prices are a bit high, and the fresh salads in the deli are generally picked over pretty quickly. Overall a good place to shop if you cant get to a less pricey store, and the quality is always stellar.

I love Albertsons, but dont go to this one. They removed their self checkouts, so youll spend 10-20 minutes in line even if you bought nothing but a pack of gum. Save yourself the line and head up the road to Fred Meyer.

They have the best deli fried chicken Ive had here. Other places have chicken that you bite into and the whole thing shatters and the meat is tough. Not here. The staff is friendly and always is available to help.

The prices have greatly increased. It appears they inflate the prices and put the items on sale. I would go to Safeway for there meat sales and Im finding that Albertsons is becoming just the same.

This is a well established store. Been there many yrs and still clean,friendly and variety purchases are available. Pharmacy staff is Great !! A little pricey but convient for me.

This Albertsons is the best out of the two in Port Orchard. The three star rating is due to incorrect labeling of meats in their meat market and expired food of shelves.
