I attempted to find a dog food and dog treats that were not awful for animal (food and treats with out by-products, corn, wheat & soy). I had trouble finding food that did not contain things that were potentially detrimental to my dogs health. I decided to ask an employee for a food that was manufactured in the U.S. and that got their ingredients via U.S. sources (no i am not some crazy republican that drives around with an american flag on his truck.) After discovering the lack of good dog food, i had little hop for finding treats that were healthy. All i found was rawhide, cooked bones, and treats that consisted of artificial preservatives and artificial ingredients...and treats that consisted of a huge amount of sugar! I can understand a company attempting to serve the community by selling common foods, but at least train your employees and more importantly your customers and their pets!

We have been purchasing dog food and treats as well as putting out beable (half beagle half english bull) in their pets hotel for years now. The staff knows us and loves Harvey, our dog and always greets us when we arrive. They have an incredible selection of both dry and moist dog food, including ones without grains or by-products (never trust a review that contains a political dig). Staying at Doggy Day Camp is always a treat for Harvey. The one time he got injured where there (nobody knows how it happened, even Harvey didnt realize he had a cut until the staff noticed it) they took him to a vet at their expense and called us immediately. We will continue to patronize this location as long as this level of service keeps up.

The store itself is fine; its pretty much the Walmart of pet stores. I will say that the grooming services seem to be going downhill. I dont take my dog to this location as often as I did before but the last few times I have, I am convinced that all they did was clip his nails when he was suppose to get the full service. He looked and smelled the same way coming out as he did going in. Its a waste of money and time. Find a different groomer. EDIT: I went ahead and submitted a complaint and received a call from the store. They were very accommodating and nice about the situation. I may give them a shot again but as a last resort, mainly because of my new location and where theyre located.

We had a horrible experience trying to adopt a kitten from this location. We filed an application (as we were told to do) and we were the first in line. They submitted our application to the Humane Society for approval (we were approved) but went behind our backs and PetSmart handed the kitten to a walk-in customer the day after we put in our application. When we called to arrange a time to meet the Humane Society rep to pick up our kitten, we were all stunned to find out that an associate named Sheryl had given our little guy away! She was terribly rude and dishonest about "losing" our application when we applied just the day before!

Love their daycamp. I take my dog twice a week, they keep dogs separated by size unlike another doggy camp in the area. Pup comes home still with energy as he is able to rest throughout the day, versus another daycamp, where he was skittish all day being around massive dogs, he would come home stressed and exhausted. PetSmart is WAY better. That said, dont use the groomers here. For no good reason, you schedule at say, 10am, and they tell you to come back in 4 (FOUR!) hours. There is no reasoning for this, and the haircuts and expense arent worth it. Mutts & Co takes 45 minutes to an hour and they dont crate your dog.

Tried to pay them good money ($500+) to board my 2 dogs, one of whom has been there previously. The other is a stray that we took in a few months ago, and happens to be a pit mix. They wont let the latter play with other dogs, and not even stay in the same room with her "sister" because she is part pit! So sad and unfair, because she is a sweetheart of a pup (only 9 months old). I guess I wont be boarding my girls here anymore, cause theres no way Im separating them for a week when they already have to be gone from us! :( Previous experiences have been fine, however, when it was just our Rhodesian Ridgeback.

This store has a mix of friendly and unfriendly employees. After an issue with applying my Pet points, and talking to the main company line on the phone to have them apply to points, I have chose to not support this company anymore at all. They were unhelpful for such a simple matter. Person on phone had a language barrier with me, and when I asked to speak to someone who spoke English he put me on hold for five minutes than just came back as himself and repeated what was previously said. Disappointing company. Ill choose to support a company with better morals overall, for animals and their customers.

I really like this store and their employees. I have been coming here for years and I find the employees helpful, professional and understanding of my needs. Most of them know my pets and my individual circumstances with the animals. When I come in with my children looking for a new pet they listen, not only to me, but to the child. I have used the store to purchase new pets, to maintain habitat, dog grooming and food purchases. I find the employees advice useful, the store well kept (in spite of the huge animal traffic) and pricing very competitive. My pet needs are served very well by this store.

We had been taking our dog to the grooming salon for the past year and the staff has always been friendly; there have been times where certain groomers take more time, pay better attention to detail on her coat and nails, which is to be expected out of a chain store grooming environment; however, today after picking her up and bringing her home with a severely cut and bleeding rear pad and the staff "not noticing anything wrong", we will be looking elsewhere for a groomer.

I want to recommend the pet hotel at this location to anyone going out of town for an extended period of time. The caretakers here were very gentle with my grumbly kitty and spent time playing and petting him daily. They let me bring his own food to ease the stress of being somewhere new. I think the best though is the "pawgress" report they send home with you detailing how your pet handled their time at the hotel .. definitely will leave my Jello here in the future.

spent ~400$ for a week trying to get best care for my dog. picked him back with conjunctivitis and throat infection. The dog was like 10 years older. we had to go through some treatment to get him back in shape. dogs care is not about posting pictures in I nstagram and charging leg and hand for it but providing a basic simple hygiene care. horrible place avoid it if u can find something else.

My husband and I started a puppy training class with Holly. She is amazing! Sky is a pit bull rescue that is extremely high energy and very stubborn. Holly has helped us so much with her. We signed up for the Intermediate class and plan to do the Advanced class as well. Highly recommend Holly and her classes :)
