Was told to go their b because they would have sales going on since theyre changing their name from Jacks pets 2 Pet Valu or something like that there were no kind of special sales going on the place wasnt all that clean and most of all the workers was very rude.I will not return hopefully when they change the name of the store that change their employees also.

Nice selection of dog and cat foods and the staff are always nice and helpful. Ive gotten a turtle from here, who turned out to be sick and I couldnt help it in any way after a few months. On the other hand, Ive gotten healthy fish here too. Its hit or miss with their animals. The store itself is mostly clean, but often has puddles of water on the floor.

I finally got my Aquarium set up and was excited to go to this location and get it stocked up with some fish because I knew they always had some great ones. I walked in noticed they remodeled and seen half the tanks they used to have and the fish selection was a joke. It really sucks thats what I loved the most about that place.

The aquarium section of this pet store is incredibly disgusting. The tanks are filthy, the fish all look unhealthy and there are tons of dead fish on the floor. It doesnt look like anyone even takes care of the fish here. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your pets.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable. Their pet rewards program is very nice, especially if you have many animals or large animals who eat a lot.
