These people are absolutely incompetent. They do not inspect furniture before it leaves the warehouse and dont be surprised if you receive broken, chipped, and/or scratched items. In fact, anything that leaves this warehouse should be expected to be broken or damaged. That is their standard. In our case, we tried to have our furniture delivered three times and they tried to pass off the same broken furniture on the third delivery attempt. Its pretty pathetic when the nice delivery man witnesses the broken furniture while testing the drawers. The corporate office here will not help you; they will only aggravate you more when you try to settle your disputes. The customer service woman is a liar and in my opinion should not be working anywhere near customer service. Her skill-set is better suited for non-interaction. Total incompetence all the way around at this warehouse. Such a shame because the showroom sales people were very nice at River City, they were courteous and a pleasure to do business with. We have spent over $10,000 over the years here and we will never spend another dollar with Ashley again. What a loss for the company, all because they couldnt deliver undamaged and working furniture, even after three attempts. They actually thought we would be stupid enough to accept the same damaged furniture they tried to deliver the second time!

Ashley Furniture Customers please be aware of the Insurance Comprehensive Plan that they offer you when you purchase your furniture, the company that Ashley Furniture associated with is not trustworthy and does not live up to their core values, the company called Montage Furniture Services, stay away from them. Ashley Furniture doesnt reveal the company name until youre ready to make a claim then thats when you find out that the Comprehensive plan was not from Ashley. Please stay away from Montage Furniture Services. Montage Furniture Services does not provide results they are known for providing excuses. Customers service from Ashley furniture was great but the comprehensive plan is a SCAM.

Went there today in the hopes of picking up a media chest. Found it online for $199 and hoped to take it with me. However, they wanted to force me to buy a $99 "protection plan" and they required delivery at another $80 So, $380 + tax for a $200 mediocre piece. They actually refused to sell me the piece at the advertised price.
